With more than two decades of experience in San Diego real estate, Jeannine Savory is recognized for her ability to guide complex transactions, advise on residential development opportunities, and represent distinctive coastal properties throughout the region. Jeannine has built a boutique advisory platform that works closely with developers, investors, and homeowners to strategically position properties for the market
Her development experience includes the successful sales and marketing of projects such as Upper Voltaire, a 28-residence coastal townhome community in Ocean Beach, and Park One, a boutique condominium community overlooking Balboa Park in Bankers Hill. She also played a key role in the disposition of the historic Pernicano’s site in Hillcrest, which ultimately paved the way for the future Hillcrest Gateway redevelopment.
Jeannine’s approach to real estate is informed by both design and development insight. She holds a degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) and a business degree from the University of Phoenix, allowing her to evaluate projects holistically, from product design and pricing strategy to long-term market positioning.
In addition to advising clients, Jeannine serves as Managing Director of The Agency San Diego, where she collaborates with agents throughout the region and maintains insight into a wide range of transactions across the local market
