The Savory Group is a San Diego–based real estate advisory team specializing in coastal residential properties, development sales, and strategic project marketing. Founded by longtime real estate advisor Jeannine Savory, the team works with developers, investors, and homeowners to thoughtfully position real estate assets across San Diego’s most desirable coastal and urban neighborhoods.
With deep experience in markets including Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Uptown, and Downtown, the Savory Group provides guidance on pricing strategy, product positioning, and marketing execution to help maximize project performance and long-term value.
The team’s development advisory work is supported by Jimmy Kerr, who oversees financial underwriting and cost analysis for developer clients. Marketing strategy and presentation are led by Kelly Pavlick, former Marketing Director for TB Penick & Sons, who now serves as Marketing Director for the Savory Group.
