Greetings from Swan City! When I received the invitation to provide my message in your nd e-newsletter, it caught me by surprise realising that two quarters have passed in a blink of an eye!

I feel great resonance with the quote where every time I decided to celebrate an occasion or someone ’ s accomplishment, I would put thoughts to how we can best express gratitude and give credit where credit is due “What kind of praises and acknowledgements would a particular person benefit from and feel empowered?”
For me, Success is not about getting from A to B. It’ s about mastering a way of working that fosters creativity, fulfilment, and personal investment, enabling you to not only make progress, but the clear intention and devotion of wanting to make progress continuously Think of it as a well-designed wheel, rather than a simple straight line. If this were the case and there were no mountain tops nor finish lines, it will be up to leaders to find plausible moments to celebrate with team “on-the-go,” rather than waiting to get to some final destination. Success is a process, not an end game
It’ s now the time to review our progress and to celebrate the success and motivate our team to go further. I wish you all the best for next half year and I will see you coming th to th October 2022 in our 2022 National Convention in Kuching, Sarawak.
Once again, leading is our duty, let us all take the LEAD! Thank you.

Greetings from the Historical City of Melaka!
First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartiest congratulation to all the participants that attended the 2022 JCIM Area Central South Convention and 2022 JCI Asia-Pacific Conference. Both events had achieved a great number of attendances. Through both fruitful events, I wish all of you gain new knowledge that helps to become good leaders and build better organizations. My congratulations to all winners in Area Central South Convention and Asia-Pacific Conference! Cheers to you and well done!
Every year ACS has completed impactful projects and produced thousands of outstanding young leaders. This year ACS has initiated various new projects such as Area Sport and E- Sport, Area Business and also community services. Thus, ACS are continue to provide opportunity for Local Organization to host area project and organize exciting program that to strengthen the bonding among members.
With the goal to achieve 25% membership growth by the end of the year, let us work together to advance the 2022 JCI Malaysia Plan of Action and empower more young leaders to join us and take responsibility for global challenges in the local community and businesses
Last but not least, my sincere appreciation to JCI JBE for hosting the upcoming 2022 JCIM Area Business and area team would like to give the greatest support to JCI JBE. Hence, ACS is going to have the nd Quarter Area Incentive Awards Ceremony during the event. I wish to see you all again physically where we can grow and enjoy together in JB. Looking forward to seeing you shine on the stage !

My heartiest appreciation to JCI JBE for giving me the opportunity to pen down a few words in your nd Edition of E-Newsletter. Congratulations to the secretary team for your effort in publishing Local Organization’ s nd quarter activities.
Undoubtedly, the most important and remarkable Area Event in nd quarter was the JCI Malaysia Area Central South Convention (ACSC). This year, I am proud to see JCI JBE shining on the stage of ACSC, walking away with numerous outstanding awards! A big congratulations to JCI JBE on the great achievements during ACSC. I am happy to see President Peter and JCI JBE members being active for the past 6 months and constantly promoting the spirit of “BE ACTIVE” and influencing the community. I hope to see JCI JBE member continue to be an active citizen, take massive action and create positive change.
For the past few months, JCI JBE has been actively providing development opportunities, with various projects, events & initiatives across all 4 areas such as E-rise, Blood Donation, Golf Tournament, Waste to Green. I hope hat all Board of Directors & members can continue this momentum as we transition into Q 2022.
In the upcoming quarter, JCI JBE is hosting Area Business Project and I wish all the best to Organizing Chairman Lye and his committee.
Lastly, I encourage all of you to continue to be focused and dedicated to Take the LEAD because Leading is our Duty.
