As we enter the last quarter of the year, I can feel the energy picking up real fast – it’s always like this! At first, we take some time to warm up, to get used to the role and just whenwearesogoodatit?It’salreadytimeto letgo,topassthebatonandsupportthenext year’sleaders Butremember–leadershiphas noexpirydate Lifehasnotermlimit Theskills, thespirit,andtheexperiencesyou’vegained–you can always bring them to life, anytime, anywhere.
Over the past three months, I’ve witnessed flagshipprojectsandareaprojectshappening one after another – and I did my very best to attendeachandeveryoneofyourinvitations And let me say this from the bottom of my heart:Iamreally,reallyproudofyou!
In Q3, we welcomed JCI Vice President Assigned to Malaysia, JCI Senator Michael Sandjaja, and our National President, JCI Senator Tan Wei Jian, to our beloved Area South.FromJBtoKluang,andfinallytoMuar–we journeyed together through Greenpreneur, e-waste collection, corporate visitations, alumnigatherings,ourQ2AwardBanquet,and endedwithwarmfoodandlaughterinMelaka. ThiswasAreaSouthhospitalityatitsbest!
WealsoheldourTraintheTrainer1,ledbyPast National President Nurul Huda, together with Stanley Goh and Zac L���� It was a fruitful two days that produced the very first batch of certified trainers in Area South I’m so proud that we’re building leaders who can continue multiplyingimpact.
In August, our future leaders went through the National Academy, trained by none other than Past World President Lars from Germany And finally, I can reveal the surprise I prepared: a knitted bouquet for each of our Area South graduates Unlike freshflowersthatfadequickly,thesewilllast – a symbol of my pride in you and the reminder that your leadership journey continues.

WhereItAllBegan
It all started back in 2021, thanks to a friend who invited me into attending my very first JCI event. At the time, I didn’t know how much this organization would change me Whatbeganasasmallstepofcuriositysoonturned into milestones I never imagined; from speaking in competitions, taking on the role of Local Secretary, serving nationally, and now, stepping into the shoes of Local President. Looking back, it wasn’t always easy, but everychallengebecameaturningpointthat shapedtheleaderIamtoday.

The first half of 2025 has already given me moments I’ll carry forever. We’vekickstarted2025withourmonthlyInspire&ImpactSeriesGeneral Member Meeting (I2 Series GMM), greeting our valuable members and stakeholders with thematic bonding events to boost morale, grow recruitment and retention As move towards addressing challenges, we decided to initiate a few initiatives to support members to explore in other leadership progression opportunities. The roll out of JBE Trainer Incubator Program is to develop more qualified JCI trainers in Malaysia WealsohostedtheJCIMalaysiaAreaSouthTraintheTrainer1,aspartof a support to groom more trainer in JCI Malaysia. Nonetheless, our Go GlobalSeriesProgramhasextendedthefirsteverbusinesssharingtothe campus, jointly host with our JCI Youth Sunway Business Club JB. At our Mid-YearAwards,wehavewitnessedtheinstallationofourfirstJCIYouth Sunway Business Club JB President and watched members being recognized for their efforts reminded me why we do what we do. That is to create impact together And through our international exchanges, from building friendships with sister chapters and friendship pact to representing JCI JBE beyond Malaysia, I realized that leadership may start local, but its spirit is always global. Each handshake, each conversation, each shared laugh across borders showed me that changetravelsfasterwhenit’sshared

加⼊⻘商会⾄今已有10年之久，最让我难忘的瞬间分成
两个时光
第 ：竞选时刻
为什么会是竞选呢？答案就在我们的⻘商愿景 “提供年轻
⼈发展机会，已促进他们创造积极的改变” 。看似简单，
实则是让我们勇于突破⾃我。让明天的我们⽐今天更加
的优秀。虽然我并没有去到很⾼的位置，但成功与否也
是赚到了提升⾃我的经历。这⻘商会的票价，值了。
第⼆：全国⼤会
全国⼤会每 年都会如期举办，但你亲⾃经历承办的过
程吗？
JCIJBE在2018年承办第43届 ⻢来西亚全国⼤会 （当时
候简称ANC）。筹委主席是本会的前会⻓ (2016年会⻓ ⻩
美晶⻘商参议员），带领着20多⼈的筹委团队承办了3天
接待⼈数将近8百多⼈的活动。回顾当时候的3天真的是 脑⾥⼀⽚空⽩，⼤家义⽆反顾就是把⾃⼰ALL-IN就是 了。前会⻓们也给予很多的⿎励与⽀持，这就是JBE最重
要的精神与特⾊ "THEPOWEROFONE"。不是第 ，是 唯 。
如果⽤⼀个词形容 JBE 的改变，您会选择什么？ 为什么？
“蜕变”

让我最难忘的时刻是作为2023社区发展副会⻓，带领着团队 起去 做社区活动的时候，⼤家从 开始的摸索，到设定好⽬标，后来越 来越多⼈⾃愿加⼊，甚⾄主动提出改进⽅法。那 刻我感受到——改 变从来不是 个⼈推动，⽽是当⼤家认同、参与时，它就会成为⻓ 期的⼒量。
您觉得，JBE 最重要的精神或特⾊是什么？
我觉得 JBE 最重要的精神就是“协作” 。我们做社区发展，
环保与其他领域的项⽬时，不可能靠⼀个⼈、⼀个团队完 成，真正的⼒量来⾃⼤家 起。⽐如在环保项⽬中，不仅
有会员参与，还有居⺠主动加⼊，企业愿意⽀持，甚⾄政
府部⻔提供资源。正是这种跨界协作，让 件⼩事可以变
成有规模、有延续的改变。
如果⽤⼀个词形容 JBE 的改变，您会选择什么？为什么？
我会选“永续” 。因为我们做的事不是昙花
现，⽽是希望能留下可以延续的价值。推动
环保也好，建设社区也好，不能只靠 次性
的热情，⽽是要变成⼤家习惯中的 部分。
只有这样，改变才会持续。
您最希望未来三年，
JBE 实现的⼀件事是什么
我希望三年后，JBE 能建⽴ 个把
社区、环保和企业连在 起的平
台。我们做的不只是活动，⽽是⼀
个真正能推动资源共享、让居⺠参
与、让企业承担责任的机制。这样
才不会只是零星的努⼒，⽽是能够
放⼤成城市级、甚⾄全国性的影 响。
您觉得年轻 代在 JBE 的发展中，
最⼤的⼒量是什么？
我觉得是“敢想敢做” 。年轻⼈很多
创意点⼦，⼤胆、不受框架限制；
同时他们愿意亲⾃去做，把想法落
实。正是这种能量，让 JBE 有不断
创新的动⼒。我希望未来能有更多
⻘年站出来，把⾃⼰的想法变成真
正改变社区的⾏动。

加⼊理事会的那 年。那时我第 次以宏观视⻆看待 JCI，它就像 个⼤型的企业架 构，⽽分会就是其中的分⽀。就像在管理 家公司 样，不同⻆⾊有不同任务，如何
达成共识、朝⽬标前进，是个⾮常好的学习体验。
您觉得，JBE 最重要的精神或特⾊是什么？
会议规范的要求和管理 PARLIAMENTARYPROCEDURE。它培养了我们的组织纪 律与专业精神。
如果⽤⼀个词形容 JBE 的改变，您会选择什么？为什么？
创新与蜕变。因为每 次突破，都是成⻓与转型的契 机。
您最希望未来三年， JBE 实现的⼀件事是什么
希望 JBE 在三年内能成为柔佛区最具影
响⼒、最有⼝碑的分会，不只是内部成
⻓，更让外界 提起 JBE 就想到“专业、
创新、可持续” 。

对我来说，最难忘的时刻就是第 次参与筹办活动。那种从零到 、⼤家 起完成⽬标的感觉，让我深深体会到团队的⼒量。 我觉得是“学习与成⻓” 。每 次活动不仅服务社区，也让我 们⾃⼰在过程中不断进步。每⼀段交叉选择路⼝，都是⼀ 份学习的机会。对我⽽⾔⻘商平台的试错成本较低，也因 为多数是由企业家为主体的分会，可以更容易的看⻅，别 的企业家的⾏为、态度、选择、就算和⾃⼰的选择⼤相径 庭，但在⻘商会我们就必须学会同理⼼和共情能⼒，这 点在⾃⾝事业上绝对扮演很重要的因素。 您觉得，JBE 最重要的精神或特⾊是什么？

在 2022 年的就职典礼上，疫情刚刚解封，却因为 位筹委确诊，我们⾯临必须在「如期 举⾏」与「临时取消」之间做出抉择。筹委主席提醒我们，情商信条写着：组织应建⽴在 法治精神之上，服务⼈群是⼈⽣最崇⾼的⼯作。于是，我们毅然决定取消典礼，以守护出 席者的健康。那 晚，仪式在没有观众、没有掌声的场地⾥完成，却充满着坚定与感动。
您觉得，JBE 最重要的精神或特⾊是什么？
这⼀刻让我真正体会到 JBE 的价值，也成为我⼀直留下来的原因之⼀。 奉献精神。⽆论是⽩⼿起家的企业家、商⼆代，
专业⼈⼠，当我
们在 JBE 相聚时，彼此不再以社会⾝份区分，⽽是以平等的会员⾝ 份，为团体和社会付出。这个平台让每个⼈既能学习如何成为领导 者，也能学习如何做 个⽀持团队的好伙伴。正是这种平等、⽆私的 奉献精神，塑造了 JBE 独特的⽂化。

数字化转型。我们透过更多数码⼯具和线上平台来处理⽂书、
沟通和会议，不仅节省了时间和成本，也让会员能够在繁忙的
⼯作与家庭之间，依然从容参与会务与活动。这种改变让 JBE
更灵活、更具持续性，也让更多会员可以放⼼投⼊。

我希望 JBE 能成为新⼭区最具影响⼒的⻘年组织，不
仅帮助中⼩企业与社区成⻓，更成为⺠间与政府沟通
的桥梁。这样，我们不仅推动经济与社会的进步，也
真正实现「与城市共成⻓」的使命。

年轻 代带来的，是新思维与新

不断去突破⾃⼰⼝才也不断地去进步把活动司仪部分去做的更加好。

我觉得JBE是 个很团结的商会…不管在办活动或参加活动 的会员都很团结 起去善后…我也记得那时是我第 次参加 南区⼤会,我真的看到JBE会员都 直很积极帮JBE分会取得
更好的成绩.

我会选择“积极和永续” .我觉得就是不管做任何事都好

在您加⼊ JBE 的过程中，哪⼀个瞬间最让您难忘？ 在JBE的旅程中，最难忘的是我在2024年底举办的第 场品酒会。从前期筹备到活动当天 的执⾏，我都遵守着按照分会的会议规范来进⾏。那 刻让我真正感受到团队协作的⼒ 量，也让我收获了许多实践中学不到的成⻓经验。 JBE最⼤的独特之处，就是它建⽴了 种共同的规范和⽂ 化。这
场⼜ 场的活动，并 起创造价值。透过这样的合 作，把JBE的精神带出分会，把影响⼒扩展到社区和社会。

为什么？ 我会选‘进化’ 。因为在瞬息万变的世界⾥，JBE始终

筹委主席感⾔
担任 TTT1 筹委会主席，对我⽽⾔是 段难忘⽽珍贵的旅程。这个过程让我有机
会更全⾯地了解 场培训项⽬的运作，从前端的流程设计到幕后每 个细节的
衔接，都让我获益良多。
⾮常感谢三位导师 Sen Nurul、Stanley 和 Jack。你们不仅倾注了专业与
热情，也以真诚与耐⼼引导学员成⻓。看到Trainer们⽤⼼地关怀学员、耐⼼地
解答问题，让我深刻体会到教育的⼒量与温度。
同时，也要感谢所有参与的学员。是你们带来了热情与活⼒，让这场培训真正
有了意义。虽然这次的 TTT1 并不完美，但它的确留下了深刻⽽温暖的回忆。
这段经历让我明⽩，成⻓来⾃成功与挑战的积累。我期待将这份收获带⼊未来
的每 个项⽬，继续学习、继续前进。

（JBE） 参与了由新⼭家具同
业⻘年团举办的《2025 年匹
克球交流赛》。我们以团队形
式参赛，在球场上展现了拼劲
与默契。
虽然本次我们⽌步⼋强，但过
程中的交流与学习，⽐成绩更
显珍贵。透过这场赛事，JBE
不仅收获了团队协作的经验，
也与来⾃各领域的⻘年伙伴建
⽴了更紧密的联系。
