JBER Aero Club / Flight Training Center (FTC): Who will you fly with?
The JBER Aero Club / Flight Training Center blends the best of U.S. Air Force and civilian flight instruction, giving aspiring pilots access to professional-level training right here on base. Students learn from experienced instructors, including former Air Force and Marine Corps pilots, through structured Part 141 programs that can reduce required training hours by up to 50 hours compared to traditional schools.
Training is supported by a highly reliable aircraft fleet, which maintained over 90% Full Mission Capable availability during FY25, along with a Redbird MCX Advanced Aircraft Training Device that helps pilots build instrument proficiency and maintain flight currency.
With a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and real-world aviation skills, the JBER Aero Club offers an exciting pathway for anyone ready to take flight.

About Hatcher Pass ATV Tours
