Artist Bio
My name is Reid Strang, I am 19, my branch is game design. I like to draw cute characters but also evil unhindged characters . I create characters with polar opposite characteristics. I use my characters contrasting personalities to create silly and funny sinarios.
I am passionate about this project because I enjoy playing rhythm games and think it would be fun to make my own with my original characters. I have lots of ideas for the games story and theme, what emotions I want portrayed, what feelings I want the player to feel when playing the game.

Logline and Synopsis
Take stage in Neon Rebellion as you time the notes to the beat in the rythm game that takes you through the bands trial to fame.
A 2d rhythm game with a 1-minute animation cutscene depicting Jazz, Eilot, Scott, Harper and Voltage playing on stage after the player completes a song/level along with the stats of how the player did in the song/level, along with cutscenes depicting them all talking to on another after the show. The story will be about the band, how they got together and their journey to hopeful fame.

This is Jazz’s bedroom, located in the apartment he shares with Scott and Voltage, this is where he sleeps. Somethime Eliot and/or scott join for band practice. The room is blue because it is Jazz’s favorite colour. Sometimes he sits at his desk and draws or plays video games on his laptop. He also sometimes watchs movies on his laptop while in bed.

This is where the band plays for most of their shows, not always the same location, but the stage is always similar. The band also practices there sometimes, but more often they just parctice is Harper’s garage. Scott and Harper like being front stage where as Jazz and Eliot like the be futher back, Voltage isn’t worried about where on stage he is as long as he has enough room for dancing.

Park - DESCRIPTION
There is a park in the city they live in where they all hang out. A lot of the group’s shenanigans happen, they kind of just fool around and have fun here. Sometimes they push each other into the pond for fun. This park is where Scott and Harper had their first kiss. They all enjoy feeding the ducks. There’s a lot of neat people you can meet at the park.
