FLOOD ISSUE Floods and groundwater level decline are two of the problems in Kedaung Kaliangke Village, West Jakarta. Floods can last up to 2 weeks and the flood depth is recorded to reach 10-90 cm. The factors are the overflow of the Apuran River, high rainfall, shipping floods, and poor waterways. Excessive use of groundwater also has an effect on land subsidence and this area is recorded at 5-32 cm per year (Kompas, 2016). In fact, sustainable settlements must basically be safe from natural disasters.

SUSTAINABLE BIO-HABITAT

The exploration of the ever-changing variety of views creates a spatial experience through the use of winding contours. Beautiful scenery is served along the circulation with sparkling lights to guide the journey. The stopover area is shady and comfortable to give visitors the opportunity to enjoy all corners of the site.

Adapting to the existing site means respecting the actual conditions. Do not intervene contours to allow plants to live. This authenticity will create new habitats or new ecosystems between animals, plants, and humans to harmonize and coexist together.

The analysis of the increase in temperature is more and more apprehensive so that it affects the disappearance of the Arctic ice age. A mass of ice turning to water threatens to submerge several islands. It means this is very worrying for the pulse of settlement for humans. The shrinking of land on the earth's surface is due to the increase in sea level due to climate change caused by human anthropogenic activities. Moreover, population growth that soars will always be followed by the interpolation of plastic waste.

The abundance of water will be optimized to fulfill human activities and life. Designed with the enhancements to the water balance, water resources, aquifers, and infrastructure, allows it to can mitigate and prepare for severe weather and climate changes. Water reservoir receives and stores water available to be used for natural vegetation, agriculture, and the community. The system of water balance is part of the natural and sustainable patterns of water resources.

DESIGN STRATEGY

Bring forth a construction capable of solving the problem of land depletion by giving birth to a new floating land

Presenting high technology prototype also smart architecture which sustains with the environment

Treating and managing potential issues of natural conditions - especially water optimally, thus helping to stimulate building operations through renewable energy

Creating an adaptive, educational, and researchbased architecture to solve the climate change problem.

The interconnectedness of natural and social problems has intersecting impacts to form cycles. Therefore, this phenomenon will be changed into an innovative system through architecture. The building mechanism will solve the problem of reducing residential land by utilizing plastic waste.

CONCEPT

PLASTIC WASTE RECYCLE The unworthy waste has the characteristics of being recyclable, difficult biodegradable, and durable is an advantage that can be taken as a material for solving problems, namely floating land engineering.

WATER AND ENERGY RESOURCE The abundance of water will be optimized to fulfill building activities and as renewable energy that may be processed without leaving waste, by purification. This energy is in the form of tidal waves and desalination.

FLOATING ARCHITECTURE Floating architecture with a hybrid system will answer common problems with its ability to live independently, eco- friendly, and sustainably.

Temples in Yogyakarta store millions of amazing carvings and reliefs. The architectural beauty of the temple is represented by the exterior with the complexity of ornamentation and repetition of elements. This architectural work has a sculptural character, so the spatial aspect in it is very difficult to feel. The complexity of the ornaments and the repetition of elements as the sculptural character of the temple will be poured out as the interior concept and space program of the building. This means twisting the principle of the exterior of the temple by elaborating it into the spatial structure of the building.

The number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia has reached 1.38 million which has an impact on people's work behavior. Office conditions have implemented a fixed working hours system that allows a maximum of 50% of employees at certain hours to conduct WFO.

Skatepark is playing and practicing to develop skateboarding skills on obstacles or what is often referred to as obstacles in the skatepark. Skateparks are also often used for organizing skateboarding competitions or competitions, in addition to that the skateboard community gathering in the skatepark area can trigger and start other communities to join to just sit, chat, enjoy the atmosphere and communicate with other communities in the area. Skateparks need ample space to maximize the play area. The desired atmosphere is dynamic to create a feeling of movement so that the skateboarder will be more expressive in every movement. So that a curve-like shape was chosen with a long-span space frame construction with a hex-tri-hex structure.

Hex-Net and Tri-Hex-Net The curve structural network in a skatepark consists of two grids with a defined radius difference or structural depth between them. Here, the external network and the internal network are interconnected by a set of lines called diagonals, giving rise to the three-dimensional behavior of a double-layered spherical network. The external grid is a hexagonal network, here referred to as "Hex-Net", while the internal grid consists of triangles and hexagons and consequently is called "Tri-Hex-Net". The internal tri-hex-net network is obtained from elements of the characteristic triangle (tetrahedron) as the main form of the space frame. Here, the vertices of the internal grid are derived from the midpoints of the external lines projected concentrically onto the hex-net carrying the internal grid. The tri-hex-net is then generated by connecting the dots according to the adjacent lines of the hexagonal grid (hex-net). The interlayer diagonals are obtained, in turn, by connecting each internal point with the corresponding endpoint of the external source path.

Top Chord, Bottom Chord, dan Truss

The cable network above the elements and their curvature is a beam element, the bottom and diagonal cables are modeled using truss elements. To use the same connection to the nodes, all the top chord pipes are the same diameter. Since all the geometric angles needed to form the dome are placed at the vertices, the ends of the top chord beams are cut to a rectangle which allows fast and efficient manufacturing. At each end, an end plate is welded and at the top of the beam a hook hole is cut. High strength prestredded bolts are used for beam-to-ball joints. Additional bolts are used to fix the beam in its proper position and to transfer torsional moments. Above the top chord welded aluminum frame for bearing cladding. Hex-net (top chord) and tri-hex-net (bottom chord) are connected by triangular truss, so that this framework forms a space truss system.

Structural Plan

Material The resulting spatial network strongly resembles the molecular organization of certain minerals such as silicates (SiO 4 ). This creates optimal energy with minimal material consumption. In order to create a hexagon as planar as possible, the EFTE cladding was selected to facilitate construction and assembly of the supporting edge frames and to prevent unplanned folds and wrinkles.

Bowl Joint

Ball joints are selected as hinged joints for the three diagonal members. Minimum tolerance and no side welding.

Support The length of the span has a width of 30 m and 40 m so that a continuous foundation is needed to support the strength at each point. The base plate is fixed to the foundation by bolts and the horizontal force is transferred by the shear beam.

CONTROLLING FACTOR Slope Steepness (geomorphology)

Slopes with more than 20° (or about 40%) tilt, have the potential to move or slide

Hydrology and structural geology

The typology of slopes that are prone to movement are composed of heaps of residual soil, sloping rock layers, and rock blocks

Dissimilar forests are not sensitive, plantations are quite sensitive, rice fields are sensitive, dry fields/open land are very sensitive to erosion Trees combined with ground cover crops, such as grasses, shrubs or shrubs and shrubs

Land use INTERNAL

Covered vegetation EXTERNAL

Rocks geology and sloping soil Earthquake frequency

Precipitation (climate)

The trigger type of rain is heavy rain that reaches 70 mm - 100 mm per day continuously for several hours - days

DISASTER CONTEXT

Landslide is one of the natural disasters due to the movement of the slopes of the land which generally occurs in mountainous areas or hilly areas, especially during the rainy season and can result in property loss and loss of life.

Communal Space

The shelter becomes a fun communal space that supports education and recreation with a natural nuance. When a disaster occurs, the hall is a strong and fast rescue shelter because it is spread over many points to reduce evacuation time. The stage system is expected to make it easier for the soil to infiltrate water, as well as expand open space by accelerating circulation so that it becomes an area for joint activities. The shelter was built near high-rise housing, several tourist attractions, and a mosque. This will facilitate the evacuation route and reduce the evacuation time.

Downlights are used as general lighting which functions as neutral lighting by giving a warm impression to the room

Columns are very eye-catching by users in the room, so they are used as focal points, namely by using up lighting and the texture of the wood becomes visible

Communal spaces that are directly integrated with open spaces want to be made warmer by choosing wood materials on the walls. The boundaries between rooms are blurred so that this becomes a transparent space. Luxurious accents are created from the reflection of marble material on the furniture and floors.
