“JASportsisallabout consistency,careandstandards”

FROMTHE FOUNDER

What do you want JA Sports to stand for?

For me, JA Sports is all about consistency, care and standards. I want parents to feel that whenever their child is with us - clubs, PE or holiday camps, things are organised, calm, fun and well-run. No chaos, no guessing Just a team that turns up every day with pride in what we do.

What part of the job gives you the most meaning?

Seeing children grow in confidence. It doesn’t matter if it’s a child scoring a goal, joining in for the first time, or just leaving with a smile, those moments remind me why we do this. And seeing parents trust us more each term, and notice the positive changes also means a lot.

How would you describe February at JA Sports?

Busy, challenging and motivating We’ve been tightening up our systems, improving communication across schools, and sharpening our camp structure It’s been a month of raising standards, and seeing the team respond well to it has been a real highlight for me.

What are you most focused on going into March?

Two things: quality and growth. I want our clubs running cleaner, our planning sharper, and our camps even more organised. March is about building momentum and making sure every session reflects what JA Sports is supposed to be, while also pushing for stronger relationships with schools.
