Legacy Gallery Scottsdale is pleased to present An Evening with Kenny McKenna, featuring a new body of work by the Santa Fe–based painter known for his luminous landscapes and expressive impressionistic style.
Working exclusively in oils, McKenna creates paintings filled with warmth, atmosphere, and an unmistakable infusion of sunlight. His loose brushwork and rich texture invite the viewer into sweeping desert vistas, canyon country, and quiet corners of the American landscape. Many of these scenes are rooted in the memories of extensive travels across the country—first during family road trips from his native Kansas and later while touring as an accomplished musician.
McKenna’s work has been featured in major exhibitions including Masters of the American West at the Autry Museum and Night of Artists at the Briscoe Western Art Museum. This special evening offers collectors the opportunity to experience his latest paintings and meet the artist in person.
