Food is important to us because we need it to live and it is a reflection of the traditions and culture of a country.

These dishes influence us because in Girona many pople eat them.

Every year there are more different cultures and this influences the food, there a lot of new recipes, but the typical ones (catalan culture) are disappearing. and even though the recipes are different, they are delicious.
