To demonstrate our impact, we surveyed Journey of Growth participants before their trip to Israel and six months after they returned home.

The results are powerful.

Because of Momentum, trip participants shared that after returning from Israel:

Feel they have a connection to Jewish people whose religious commitment differs from their own

Feel confident speaking with others about the significance of Israel to their family’s Jewish life

Talk with their children about the benefits of generous giving

Inspired by Momentum, six months after their trip, participants had registered their children for Jewish schools, camps, and programs:

College Organization (Hillel, Chabad)

Program (Birthright, Masa, Gap Year)

Inspire a Teacher, You Inspire Classrooms

In December, Momentum launched it’s first Jewish Educators’ Journey of Growth trip to Israel. We surveyed this special group of participants before their trip and again on the last day. The outcomes are clear:

I will take action to support Israel.

I believe I have the tools I need to address challenges facing my Jewish community.

I have clear plans for how to engage students with Israel.

Feel confident to bring their students a deeper understanding of israel

Feel they can be an even better role model for their students

A Season of Renewal

Journey of Growth

In the fall of 2025, after two years of disruption, Momentum fully restored its roster of Israel trips. Here, participants dance through the streets of Israel in a silent disco led by Guru Zuzu.

Leadership Summits

Momentum’s Fellowship Summits mobilized women as Agents of Hope, emphasizing courage and community leadership in:

Israel January 7-9 (in Hebrew)

South Florida February 24

Panama June 8-10 (in Spanish)

Chicago September 7-9

Israel December 9-11 (in Hebrew)

Next Step for Leaders

Fellowship Summit participants deepened their community connections virtually through the Fellowship NEXT online coaching series and at in-person “Affinity” events in San Jose and Jerusalem, giving the Fellows additional platforms to grow and share their communal leadership skills.

Educators’ Journey

Momentum invited 35 Jewish educators from the United States, Canada, and Mexico on an exclusive trip to Israel to learn how to better teach about Judaism and the history of the Jewish state post-October 7. Participants on the oneweek program returned home with a strengthened Jewish identity and skills to embody the Jewish values they teach.

Birthright Partnership

Momentum led “Mothers Rebuilding Israel,” a joint initiative with Birthright Israel and Jewish Federations, a first-of-its-kind mission in Israel where 35 women from 4 countries spent the week volunteering on farms, distributing aid packages, and connecting directly with Israeli families most affected by the war.

Momentum Boost

We virtually brought together women from 171 cities across 6 countries for our Boost featuring Montana Tucker discussing her film “The Children of October 7,” one of five Boosts held throughout the year.

Programming in Israel

THE POWER OF THE JEWISH MOTHER

Momentum convened 225 Israeli mothers during Diaspora Week and in celebration of Shavuot for learning, inspiration, and connection.

MOTHER2MOTHER

Momentum’s Mother2Mother initiative forges one-onone, ongoing relationships between Israeli and Diaspora mothers. These deeply personal connections create a renewed sense of shared destiny for our Jewish peoplehood.

MOTHER MOTHER2

ACHAYOT LECHOSEN – SISTERS OF RESILIENCE

Through our pilot Achayot LeChosen program, Momentum participated in a groundbreaking cross-sector initiative uniting Israeli women from Orthodox, religious Zionist, and secular backgrounds to provide sustained volunteer support for families affected by Israel’s wartime realities. In partnership with Achayot and Nifgashim, Momentum launched teams to support families of injured soldiers in Beit Shemesh, Petach Tikva and Tel Aviv, bridging divisions and strengthening national unity by translating empathy into action.

A MOTHER’S HEART: THE HEART OF A NATION

More than 750 women from around the world gathered in Neve Ilan on November 9 for “A Mother’s Heart: The Heart of a Nation,” celebrating the launch of Momentum’s first Impact Awards honoring women whose leadership has strengthened Jewish life worldwide.

Educational Resources

New Momentum publications and resources in multiple languages empower our global community to meet difficult conversations head-on and speak confidently about antisemitism and taking action.

Across journeys, connections, and communities, Jewish mothers everywhere describe Momentum as a deeply transformational experience that strengthens identity, courage, and connection at a pivotal moment for the Jewish people. Israel trip and Momentum program participants speak of returning home fuller and braver with a more grounded relationship to Israel, practical leadership tools rooted in Jewish wisdom, and the confidence to advocate with authenticity and strength.

Courage and Resilience

“I returned home with a deeper, more grounded connection to Israel, and with the tools and courage to speak up and advocate for Israel with strength, integrity, and a voice that actually feels like my own. I leave this journey fuller, braver, and deeply connected.”

– December 2025 trip participant

Israel Solidarity

“The Momentum experience has been valuable at navigating Jewish life, in general, and particularly since 10/7. The connections I made to our homeland, to Judaism, and the amazing women on my trip are priceless. Keep on keeping on!”

- Summer 2025 trip participant

Transformational Leadership

“Every session has meaningful information and practical wisdom that is easy to remember and apply directly into what it is we are working toward, either within our communities or ourselves. These sessions are empowering me to grow without being overwhelming. The information is direct and to the point as well as always backed by our Jewish wisdom that, if one is not an avid synagogue goer, one does not necessarily have access to. I truly appreciate your efforts and generosity of your time and wisdom.”

- Chicago Elevate Series participant

Family and Community Impact

“Truly life-changing. I am inspired to make so many changes – to live a more observant life, to speak up for Israel, to pursue a career in Jewish education. I feel so connected to the women in my community who joined me on this trip and to our Israeli sisters. The programming was so thoughtfully curated to allow us to experience deep emotions – both joy and grief – and to feel truly held while we did so.”

- November 2025 trip participant

BECAUSE WHEN YOU EMPOWER A JEWISH MOTHER, YOU STRENGTHEN THE JEWISH FUTURE

Dear Friends,

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Momentum’s impact in 2025. This past year of challenges for Jews throughout the world has shown us more than ever that Jewish mothers are the heart of our people. When we strengthen a mother, we strengthen her home, her community, and the Jewish future.

In every corner of the world, from Israel to Latin America, Europe, and North America, I met women who told me that Momentum gave them something they didn’t know they were missing – confidence, Jewish pride, belonging, and hope. I saw firsthand the power of women standing together during some of the hardest moments our people have faced in decades. And I saw how much more we can do when we walk side by side.

As we look to 2026, the need is great – but so is the opportunity. More women, educators, and communities are asking for Momentum than ever before. With your partnership, we can meet this moment, expand our reach, and ensure that every mother who wants to strengthen her Jewish identity, her family, and her connection to Israel has a place in this movement.

Your support directly translates into:

• More women experiencing Israel for the first time

• More mothers passing Jewish values to their children

• More global unity during a time of rising antisemitism

• More connection between Israel and the Diaspora

• More communities strengthened from within

When you invest in Momentum, you invest in the Jewish future – one mother, one family, one community at a time.

Thank you for your belief in this work, for your partnership, and for your generosity. I am grateful to stand with you as we build a stronger, prouder, more connected Jewish people.
