Knowledge of/in: - Theoretical and practical programming in Python, its standard libraries and knowledge of current Python packages for the development of AI - Work processes and quality criteria within theoretical and practical development with agile methods and concepts such as Scrum, Kanban and CI/CD - AI, its history, future outlook and societal impact - Methods and techniques around AI required to develop complete AI solutions. For example, data processing, feature engineering, regularization, infrastructure, etc. - Data management, databases, SQL, linear algebra, statistics and probability theory - Basic cloud solutions, e.g. AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Skills in: - Perform specialized tasks within the work of training an AI algorithm - Use established tools in program development, version management of code and database management - Work in an agile project and contribute to agile project methods being followed - Use statistical techniques and methods to analyze data and trends - Perform training and interference of common AI and machine learning models - Deploy and monitor an AI model in the cloud, e.g. via AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Competence to: - Independently handle AI development with the Python programming language - In teams work according to the agile development process and apply an agile way of working - Independently use techniques in statistical data processing to perform deep data analysis - Design, implement and deploy an appropriate AI solution - Compare different AI models and be able to perform simpler critical reviews - Identify general and business area-specific shortcomings and risks with an AI solution - Independently and continuously monitor, evaluate and update a deployed AI solution - Being able to independently read and make calculations with linear algebra
