OUR HISTORY TIMELINE
VAT MANAGEMENT SCODEREC (later VIALTIS), a company dedicated to VAT management for road hauliers is founded in Paris.
1982
SEPAC SCODEREC buys the company SEPAC and founds sales companies in Portugal, Italy, Spain and Slovakia.
1996
ROAD TOLL The first toll department launches and VIAROUTE is established.
2000
CREATION OF MYVIALTIS VIALTIS launches the Diesel Solution Provider service and the website: www.vialtis.com. The creation of myVialtis takes place.
FERRY BOOKING VIALTIS starts to offer Ferry Booking and establishes 4 sales companies in Germany, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
2001
NEW NAME: VIALTIS The company name changes to VIALTIS – merger of the 3 companies: SCODEREC, VIAROUTE and SEPAC.

2008
SHARED SERVICES IN FRANCE VIALTIS’ shared services centre moves to Aix-enProvence, France.
2010
ITD, FDE AND VIALTIS The ITD Group handles a wide interest of the industry from the headquarters in Padborg and offices in Copenhagen and Brussels and are represented in 11 other countries via subsidiaries.
MINIMUM WAGE SERVICE VIALTIS launches the Minimum Wage service and goes from being a service provider to a service solution provider.

VIALTIS AND THE ITD GROUP VIALTIS is now part of the ITD Group. The VAT department moves to FDE.
