AN UNFORGETTABLE CHRISTMAS Every and each Christmas really is a special Christmas. It’s always a unique moment, like opening a gift, and it’s wonderful to experience it here, at the foot of Mont Blanc, a place where Christmas is just as you’ve always dreamed: the perfect snowy backdrop, fir trees dusted in brilliant white, the stunning silhouette of the peaks and stars which shine like precious stones in the clearest of night skies. Here Christmas is synonymous with winter and the high mountains, in a place where time has stood still. It’s Le Massif’s own Christmas, one to experience and share with the people you love.

TRULY SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS At Le Massif we’ve made sure your Christmas and New Year celebrations will be truly unforgettable.
On Christmas Eve, savour a superbly delicious dinner with dishes ranging from mountain specialities to the finest delicacies from all over Italy. On New Year’s Eve we’ll be hosting two different gala celebrations, one at the hotel and one high up on the slopes at La Loge du Massif. We’ll kick off the festivities at cocktail time before moving on to dinner, entertainment and live music from a big band, a DJ set to get you dancing, a party and midnight toast with endless ideas to help you celebrate the coming year.

Sunday 22nd December Christmas Princess Night An unforgettable evening when littlegirls can dress up as real princesses. Christmas Heroes An exciting evening of fun and games for boys, filled with the magical atmosphere of Christmas. Monday 23rd December Le Massif’s Christmas tree Children can spend a fun morning painting and decorating balls to hang on our Christmas tree. Cookery class with Santa’s Elves In the afternoon we’ll make Christmas cookies for the grown-ups and Santa himself. We’ll use special Christmas cutters for the cookies, which our chefs will bake. Pupazzo Pazzo: snowman competition All our young guests can take part in a team competition to see who can build the best snowmen. Tuesday 24th December Where’s Santa Claus? In the morning, children can embark on a huge Christmas treasure hunt. Christmas Master Chef In the afternoon, a team competition to see who can create the most original Christmas dessert. A special jury will judge the entries, with tasting for everyone afterwards. The tree of wishes Enjoy dinner with all the family. Guests will be welcomed to the restaurant by the Snow Queens and characters from Frozen. Everyone can write down a wish which we’ll hang on the tree of wishes. There will be prizes for some of their wishes at the end of our week in our special draw. Christmas Party: Waiting for Santa Starting from 18.30 at Cervo Rosso Steakhouse
A fantastic Christmas Eve dinner with the characters from Frozen, followed by games, dancing and Christmas songs at our Miniclub. Wednesday 25th December 7.30 am We wish you a Merry Christmas Christmas morning: the restaurant will welcome families with Christmas music and staff in costume. Santa will be on hand giving out gifts. 10.00 am “#scattidinatale”: Christmas Challenge Children’s Christmas games in the snow, with a contest between the reindeer and elves teams, all of it captured on camera. 12.30 am Disney Christmas Lunch Lunch and entertainment in the company of favourite children’s cartoon characters. 15.00 pm Rudolph the Reindeer’s Musical Bingo Super-fun bingo for all the family, with music, costumes and Christmas novelties for the children. 16.30 pm A fairytale Christmas A special children’s afternoon tea with fairytale princes and princesses. 18.30 pm Dinner with Santa Starting from 18.30 at Cervo Rosso Steakhouse A special dinner for children in the company of Santa Claus. 21.00 pm Christmas Magic Night An exclusive evening for our younger guests: a Christmas Variety Show presented by our entertainment staff to round off the most magical day of the year.

They’ll do their utmost to ensure your children enjoy plenty of fun, sport and discoveries during the holidays. They’ve dreamt up truly magical moments for children of all ages, for our first ever Christmas week: from games and competitions to a chance to meet the real Santa and a unique New Year’s Eve party. They know exactly what makes children happy, from cookery contests to games in
the snow or even a nap, cuddled up to a soft toy, when the party gets too much.

CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER 24th December Christmas Eve dinner is a delicious chance to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year. Our talented Restaurant Manager and our Chef have created an elegant Christmas Eve menu with just a handful of wonderful dishes to ensure you savour every bite. Nicola, our Chef, discovered his vocation at an early age and has since clocked up experience in Italy and beyond. When he arrived in Val d’Aosta many years ago, it was love at first sight. His recipes range from the traditional to the creative, with the utmost emphasis on the finest ingredients. For our younger guests he has created a special menu with tasty dishes to share with our entertainment staff.
