THE SALT PATH – PURIFICATION RITUAL
A purifying and deeply regenerating journey, inspired by the natural elements of Sardinia. The ritual includes an exfoliation with Sardinian salt and a massage using warm herbal compresses enriched with Sardinian aromatic herbs. The products used are exclusively created for us by the Saline Conti Vecchi, a natural oasis and industrial archaeology site protected by the FAI, the National Trust for Italy. Their salt is rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium, and is known for its exfoliating, antiseptic, and rebalancing properties. The treatment provides a deep sense of purification, renewal, and inner balance.
THE HONEY PATH – NOURISHING RITUAL
A relaxing sensory experience celebrating the richness of honey from local hives. The ritual begins with a tasting of three local honeys, accompanied by a guided breathing exercise to promote calm and help reconnect with one’s inner center. This is followed by a slow, enveloping massage using warm honey of your choice, which deeply hydrates the skin and provides a pleasant sense of well-being. The ritual concludes with a warm herbal infusion delicately flavored with the selected honey.
THE WOOD PATH – DEEP RECONNECTION RITUAL
Inspired by the warmth of Sardinian Forest wood, this ritual is designed to restore energetic balance and reconnect with the creative power of nature. It begins with a guided meditation in our spa garden: surrounded by the sounds of nature and the scents of Sardinian plants, guests reach a state of deep relaxation and reconnect with nature through their senses. The experience continues with a face and body treatment using “Legno Agrumato” cream, exclusively produced for us by local herbalists. The skin is nourished, facial features appear relaxed, and the body feels deeply regenerated and rebalanced.
INVIGORATING MASSAGE WITH MASTIC OIL
Total body massage performed with Mediterranean mastic oil. Salubrious treatment that tones up the tissues and improves circulation. Excellent for nourishing the skin after a day of sun and to prevent skin aging.
