4TH OF JULY GOLF CART PARADE

What a fun 4th of July! We started the day off with our annual golf cart parade and we had a fantastic turnout! We had 23 carts in total, plus a restored Lee County Sheriff car that led the parade (driven by Deputy Mark Sherman). A big thank you to all who participated and of course to all of my great volunteers. We couldn’t do this without you all! • Volunteers: Beth and Greg Wilkerson, and Deputy Mark Sherman • The Judges this year were: Leigh Ann Lawson, Robin Stranahan, Marty & Lou Christensen Winners: • 1st Place: Ruthie Kurza in her “Aloha Cart” $50.00 Prize • 2nd Place: Dusty Laurie, Terri McConnell, and Lisa Gabrieleik $40.00 Prize • 3rd Place: Debby Welty with her adorable fur babies Shibear and Lucy. $30.00 Prize Thank you to our HOA for always sponsoring the Parade and providing prize money!
