MORE THAN WHAT HAPPENS ON STAGE
While the sessions and training are at the heart of IsaU, some of the most meaningful moments happen between them. It’s the conversation with another Associate who understands your journey. The encouragement from a leader. The connection that reminds you why you started.
TAKING THE LEARNING HOME
The real measure of an event like IsaU isn’t simply what happens in Orlando; it’s what happens after attendees return home. The strategies discussed, conversations started, and ideas discovered throughout the weekend can become the foundation for new goals, stronger connections, and meaningful action long after the final session ends.

CONSISTENCY
CREATES CONFIDENCE AUGUSTA ALEKTORIDI IS PROVING THAT MEANINGFUL TRANSFORMATION & A NEW CHAPTER CAN BEGIN AT ANY AGE.
Turning Experience Into Empowerment For more than 20 years, Augusta Alektoridi built her career in the spa and beauty industry. She had tried plenty of collagen products along the way, but when she discovered Collagen Elixir in March 2025, something caught her attention: she began seeing a difference she could actually notice. That first experience sparked a curiosity to discover more. A few months later, Augusta tried the Reset System. What began with an interest in skincare quickly became a much bigger personal journey, one that would ultimately reshape the way she thought about her health, confidence, leadership, and future.
represented much more than another recognition. It showed her what could happen when she stopped doubting herself and honored the commitments she had made to herself. That confidence began carrying over into another area of her life: leadership.
Redefining Success When Augusta first began her journey, success was closely connected to personal results, recognition, and reaching new ranks. Those accomplishments still matter. In her first six months, she was recognized among the Top 10 Executives in Europe, became a Crystal Executive, won Kickstart 90, and earned memorable travel experiences.

looking for support and wondering what might still be possible for them. Augusta realized she had something meaningful to offer. Her decades of experience in beauty and wellness, combined with her own personal experience, gave her an opportunity to help other women navigate their own journeys.
90 Days That Changed Her Confidence For Augusta, one of the biggest turning points came when she committed to the Kickstart 90 Challenge. For 90 days, she focused on her nutrition, training, and daily habits. It wasn’t about being perfect. It was about following through even on the days when she was busy, tired, or simply didn’t feel motivated. 6
When she ultimately won the challenge, the accomplishment
Success is impact. It’s seeing a customer regain confidence. It’s watching someone improve her daily habits or begin believing in herself again. It’s seeing a team member step outside her comfort zone and recognize what she’s capable of. And it’s creating greater flexibility and choices for her family while building something that genuinely reflects who she is and what she cares about. For Augusta, the recognition is meaningful, but the transformation happening in other people is what makes the achievement significant.
Small Actions. Big Results. If there’s one principle that has shaped Augusta’s business, it’s consistency. She follows up. She stays connected. She listens to what

IZABELLE THEROUX
SAYING YES
TO THE JOURNEY
AT 51, IZABELLE THEROUX IS PROVING THAT TRANSFORMATION HAS NO AGE LIMIT & THAT THE MOST MEANINGFUL PART OF THE JOURNEY MAY BE HELPING SOMEONE ELSE DISCOVER WHAT’S POSSIBLE. It’s Never Too Late to Begin Again Three years ago, Izabelle Theroux wasn’t looking to become a leader. She was simply looking for a way to take better care of herself. Like many busy mothers, she had spent years putting herself somewhere near the bottom of the list, eating on the go, rushing from
the day. Those small choices eventually created something much bigger. She began to see that taking care of herself didn’t mean taking something away from her family or responsibilities. Instead, it gave her more energy and intention to bring to everything else. And she hopes her four adult children see that lesson,

time to pause and care for her own health.
“You can take care of your health at any age,” she says. Now, being recognized as an emerging leader feels less like an achievement and more like an invitation to help other women realize they can make changes in their own lives, too.
Stepping Outside the Comfort Zone Getting there hasn’t meant having everything figured out. Her Isagenix journey started with something simple: she used the products for herself. It wasn’t until her second year that she began to wonder what might happen if she built something more. Today, Izabelle is an emerging leader, a business owner, a photographer, an ultra-trail runner, a mother of four adult children and a woman who says she isn’t the same person she was a year ago. And that’s exactly the point.
Change Can Start Anywhere
been learning to move forward before she has all the proof. She had to step outside her comfort zone, let go of perfection, and learn to take things one step at a time. That lesson has followed her well beyond her business. Already an ultra-trail runner, Izabelle had struggled for years with digestion during races. Through what she learned about nutrition and fueling during her Isagenix journey,

even when the next step isn’t always comfortable.
The Journey Is Better Together Some of Izabelle’s most meaningful experiences haven’t been destinations at all. She loves to travel, but what has stayed with her most from the trips she’s earned are the relationships. One particularly meaningful trip was Disney with her husband, Patrick. They honeymooned there in 1999, making the destination a deeply personal symbol of their relationship.
Another was an Isagenix event in Phoenix, where she formed particularly strong connections with the women in her upline. Those experiences reinforced something she now considers essential to her leadership: real connection matters. The people Izabelle met through Isagenix have shown her that vulnerability isn’t weakness. They’ve shared different stories, different challenges, and different starting points, but with a common desire for greater health, confidence, and flexibility. That has encouraged Izabelle to lead more authentically 11
12
IZABELLE THEROUX
to share the highs and the lows rather than presenting only a polished version of success. Because she believes that’s where real connection happens.
The People Who Make It Meaningful For Izabelle, success becomes especially meaningful when she sees someone else’s life change. She
You Don’t Have to Be Ready If Izabelle could tell another Associate who doesn’t feel ready to take the next step anything, it would be simple: Don’t wait. “No one is ever 100% ready,” she says. “Ready comes from moving forward, not from waiting.”
thinks of Colette, the first person she mentored. Colette believed in Isabelle and the products from the very beginning, and three years later, she’s still by her side.
Then there’s Marie, who has lived with a disability since birth. For Marie, losing weight and regaining energy wasn’t simply about appearance. It meant regaining physical strength and independence and being able to continue living at home independently. Those experiences have reshaped how Isabelle thinks about leadership. “Watching someone else transform is even more rewarding than my own transformation.” That may be the clearest expression of why she continues to build.
Her advice is to start where you are, with what you have, and trust the process. Because the journey doesn’t have to be perfect to be inspiring. It just has to be real. And perhaps that’s the most powerful part of Izabelle’s story. She didn’t begin three years ago because she had everything figured out. She began because she was ready to make one change. One small decision eventually became a healthier routine. That routine became a transformation. The transformation became a business. The business became leadership. And leadership became an opportunity to help other women discover what they are capable of. Izabelle Theroux isn’t looking backward at what she could have done differently. She’s looking forward at everything that could still be possible.
Today, Izabelle is thinking seriously about what’s next. Her four children are adults. She’s left her salaried job and is now focusing full-time on her two passions: her photography studio and her Isalife business. Her goal is to help as many women as possible while quietly building toward an eventual retirement without ever giving up the things she loves. And despite being 51, Izabelle says she still feels like she’s 30. Maybe that’s because she’s not looking at this stage of life as a time to slow down. She’s looking at it as a time to expand what’s possible.

CHRIS ESTES
Building & Developing Leaders, Not Followers For Chris, developing people doesn’t mean stepping away from the fundamentals. He believes leaders need to continue doing the work themselves working, learning, communicating, growing and demonstrating the behaviors they expect from their teams. At the same time, personal production and people development can’t become competing priorities.

way Chris thinks about success. “Success asks, ‘What did I accomplish?’ Significance asks, ‘Who is different because I was here?’”
The Next Chapter For Chris, the next chapter isn’t about slowing down. It’s about going deeper. He describes what’s ahead in three words: multiplication, impact and legacy. There was a season when he was focused primarily
on proving what was possible. Now, he’s more interested in helping other people discover what’s possible for them. He still loves business. He still loves competition. He still loves building something great. But his definition of winning continues to expand. He wants to develop more leaders, mentor more people, invest in people and businesses he believes in, and create opportunities for the next generation. At the same time, he’s thinking about the parts of life that don’t come with trophies like the kind of husband, father, friend and man of faith he wants to be. “I want to continue building businesses, but I also want to build people. I want to create wealth, but also create impact. I want to achieve, but also serve.” Because behind the income, the recognition, and the organization is a leader who has come to understand that the greatest measure of what you’ve built isn’t necessarily what you can point to. It’s who is standing there because you helped them get there.

THE POWER OF
SHOWING UP
FOR GWEN AND LEDELL MILES: SHOWING UP HAS NEVER BEEN ABOUT SIMPLY BEING BUSY. IT’S ABOUT BEING INTENTIONAL. Creating Connection Through Community That philosophy is also why opening their home and hosting opportunity events has become such an important part of their journey. love watching team members gain confidence,
achieve their first goals, lead an event, earn their first check, or eventually turn around and help someone else succeed. For them, the greatest reward is seeing someone realize they’re capable of more than they initially believed and then watching that person become the one encouraging someone else. That is how they believe a strong team culture is built: people know they belong to something bigger than themselves, they know their contribution matters, and they genuinely want to see one another win. And ultimately, that’s why Gwen and Ledell keep showing up.
They Love Seeing Others Succeed Because when you see more in someone than they see in themselves and eventually get to watch them achieve what they once thought was impossible the impact reaches far beyond one person. It becomes a ripple effect, and that’s the kind of success worth showing up for.
