Quick Start and Vibration Countdown
The my8 home screen is simple and intuitive.
A convenient Quick Start button will initiate a “Bend Your Knees” reminder, followed by a 3 second countdown, which then takes the user to a session with default 9 minute, 35hz/Low settings (frequency and amplitude can be adjusted on the fly).

Electronic proMOTION Resistance System
proMOTION resistance levels are conveniently selected by the push of a button
Taking the my8’s versatility to new heights, Power Plate’s electronic proMOTION cable resistance system allows a user to add the power of vibration to over 100+ strength building movements. With a simple push of a button on the LCD touchscreen, exercisers can easily select from three different resistance levels.
And as the proMOTION system is powered electronically, resistance levels are accurate and consistent from session to session.

1-Minute Elapsed Time Audio Notification
Elapsed Time Sound Prompt can be Enabled/Disabled at the top of the my8 Manual Mode screen
The my8 conveniently notifies the user, via a subtle “beep”, every time one minute of their session has elapsed. Perfect foruse with the Power Plate when performing exercises that do not allow for line of sight with the display.
If the user prefers not to receive the notification, the audio sound prompt can be disabled by simply toggling the button atthe top of the manual mode screen into the “OFF” position.
