1. Resident fill out IRMC General Consideration Job Application

a. Send HR incoming resident names

2. PA License Initiation

3. Malpractice Spreadsheet (From Becca Norton at CHART)

a. If applicant is not just out of medical school, an additional application will need filled out.

b. If they are, the spreadsheet is sufficient (columns B and C will be blank for PGY1s)

c. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) will be emailed

4. Request ECFMG Certificates

5. Visa’s, if needed via ECFMG

6. Contract
