completely transformed by the incorporation of robotics into healthcare systems, which has improved patient outcomes, efficiency, and precision. Robots may now undertake a wide range of duties, from patient interface and logistics to surgery and diagnostics, thanks to the development of smart technologies. This analysis examines how robots are changing the healthcare industry and emphasizes how important they are to helping doctors, lowering human error, and enhancing hospital operations. Additionally, it looks at many kinds of healthcare robots, including assistive, surgical, service, and rehabilitation robots, with a focus on their practical uses. The study also addresses the ethical issues, technical difficulties, and potential applications of robotic systems in developing a more intelligent and adaptable healthcare setting.
2.HISTORY The Czech word robota, which means serf or laborer, is where the word "robot" originates. Joseph Capek first published the science fiction novel Robot in 1917. He wrote a short story known as “Opilec” in this story he described automats. This science fiction got a new character or a new topic on which writers could express their greatest imagination with technology. Later, between 1938 and 1942, Isaac Asimov, who is widely recognized for popularizing robots, wrote a collection of short stories. These short stories got really popular with everyone. The transition from science friction to reality happened in 1958 when General Motors created “Unimate” which helped in the automobile industry. This was first used in 1961 on the assembly line. The original purpose of Unimate, a hydraulic manipulator arm with repetitive job capabilities, was to remove and stack hot metal components from a casting process. Later in 1985, the Programmable Universal Machine for Assembly 200— the first robot platform—was utilized to do neurosurgical biopsies. The Robodoc Surgical System, an image-guided device used for prosthetic hip replacement, was created in 1992. After this there were advancements in the healthcare robotics very frequently, this helped to automate the healthcare industry to a certain extent.

1.INTRODUCTION
Fig 2: Robotics in Healthcare We are in the Fourth Industrial Revolution in present, in this revolution all the industries will bloom and will be filled with robots and reduce manpower in the industries. Robots are physically embodied systems capable of sensing and responding to the world through physical interaction. They can vary in their aesthetic appearance, sensing capabilities and degree of autonomy.[1] Robotics is a vast field which has many different types. In this research paper we will be explaining about how robotics can help in healthcare. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the medical and healthcare industry has got many new technologies to assist doctors in unprecedented circumstances.[2] There was a huge gap in the
