Abstract - The manufacturing of eco-friendly concrete

consequences. Continuously, the construction industry is significant contributing to resource consumption and environmental pollution, the use of traditional materials like concrete, which has a highly carbon footprint. Manufacturing eco-friendly concrete bricks by incorporating plastic waste is the concept of offers a promising solution to both the challenges. This approach is the plastic waste convert into the valuable material for construction industry, and the environmental impact will be reduced while conserving natural resources like sand and grit aggregates. we transforming the plastic waste into a integral component of the concrete bricks, this innovation promotes the sustainability and reduces the strain on landfills site, and provides a cost-effective alternative solution to conventional building materials. The initiative reflects a commitment to the circular economy principles and opens new avenues for more environmentally responsible infrastructure development project.

bricks using plastic waste found that the dual challenge. that is reducing the increased pollution and decreasing the environmental impact of commonly used construction materials. This creative solution involves mixing of recycled plastic waste into concrete brick production. The partial replacement for Coarse aggregates or as a supplementary binder material. Firstly, we collect the plastic waste and clean of plastic waste. which are then shredded into small pieces. These plastic materials are blended into the concrete mix along with cement, aggregates, glass powder and water. With the careful consideration given to achieving an optimal balance between compressive strength, durability, and ecofriendly construction practices. Additives or chemicals is used to increasing the bonding between plastic and cementitious materials. The resulting eco-friendly concrete bricks offer several advantages. Such as it is lower in weight, resistance to water absorption and better thermal insulation as compared to conventional concrete bricks. The use of plastic waste reduces the extraction of natural resources like sand and gravel, hence they minimize environmental degradation. these process helps to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions due to plastic incineration and traditional cement manufacturing process. The testing such as of compressive strength test, durability test, water absorptions test, and thermal properties to ensure the bricks are capable with building standards. These bricks are particularly suitable for the non-load-bearing structures, paving blocks, partition wall and lightweight construction elements. this method demonstrates a scalable and costeffective solution for addressing global environmental and infrastructure challenges.

This paper explores the development of concrete bricks consisting pulverized plastic and glass waste material as a sustainable alternative solution to the traditional construction materials. The increasing of the accumulation of plastic and glass waste, this study aims to the enhance of the waste management and reduces the environmental pollution and improving the brick properties such as compressive strength by integrating these materials into construction. Compare the compressive strength and the water absorption test between conventional concrete bricks and bricks which contain recycled plastic and glass waste. This study uses the M20 grade concrete with a mix proportion of a 1:1.5:3 and a water to cement proportion of 0.5. Various mixes are created by replacing Grit aggregate with different percentages of plastic (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) and a constant 5% glass waste. Bricks of size 200x100x100 mm are casted and tested after the 7, 14, and 28 days of various tests like a Compressive strength, Water absorption test. In this study we conclude that 15% plastic and 5% glass waste replacement in concrete bricks is optimal, balancing strength, durability, and environmental benefits. [1]

1.INTRODUCTION The growing pollution over the environmental degradation and resource depletion have been emphasized the need for sustainable construction practices and the innovative waste management solutions. Nowadays one of the most pressing environmental issues is the plastic waste disposal, which accumulates the most of the quantities due to it is the nonbiodegradable in nature, leading to extreme ecological
