ABSTRACT: The website is designed for selling property, buying property or renting/leasing of property in India. This website maintains the database of various properties and buyer/seller information. This website allows the buyers/tenants to search for houses by features (no. of rooms, area(per sq. feet), rent amount, etc.) or location. The buyer can view the features/specifications of the property, its complete description and even the photographs of the property. The seller can log in to the system and add new property advertisements or delete the existing ones. For this each user is provided a login account with login ID and password. KEYWORDS:

1. INTRODUCTION: These days all the worlds’ trends towards to modern technology that is growing evolution every day and including several topics, a real estate market analysis is the process of analyzing a few real estate market based on historical and current data in order for identify the best potential investment properties purchase. Often referred to it as a comparative real estate market analysis because on comparing investment properties with one another . real estate agent directly responsible for the property and acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer. The buying and selling process is done only in the presence of these parties because each person has a role in this process depends on the other person. The seller will communicate with the broker to sell his property for the appropriate amount, and the buyer needs to contact the broker to search for a property suitable for his needs and the broker offers some properties that fit the specifications of the buyer. The main objective of this project is to bring the real estate industry online and enabling people to benefit from the internet. Site acts as an interface b/w the sellers, buyers. Here a user can advertise his property for buying, renting or for selling. Site provides online real-estate command to help you make wise and profitable decisions related to buying, selling, renting and leasing of properties, in India. We will provide a fresh, new approach to our esteemed users to search for properties to buy or rent, and list their properties for selling or leasing. Number of bedrooms, washrooms, kitchen, price, area, city, plot size, type of property etc. can be searched by entering your search criteria and clicking on the search button to display the matching property, when you click the search button the property advertised will be shown.

2. LITERATURE REVIEW: when we want purchase a property we can not directly communicate with the owners. We must contact with the help of mediators, but the mediators take lot of amounts and it is also time-consuming process. In older days the property dealing procedure consist of many steps like finding agent, appoint correct meeting time, location and so on. Up till now there was no Security in Online Real Estate System, Registration form improves the security by limiting user Problems in existing real estate projects

  

Modern real estate sites only list traditional & modern properties on their site. Their site is not for properties that are in rural areas. Traditional real estate sites list properties only on the basis of BHK (1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk), and not single rooms.
