In our research work is to reduce the manual efforts of farmers in spreading manure or bio - fertilizers and provide the most convenient and cost-effective way of spreading manure on farm fields The concept is that used of tractor – trolley and manure spreading mechanism is mounted on trolley. The spreading rotor mounted on the trolley which takes a power from tractor PTO shaft. The universal join and belt pulley are transmitted power from tractor PTO to spreading rotor. Instead of conveyor system we give inclination to the side wall of trolley. So material can easily fall down by the gravity. This is the common working principle of manure spreader.
The time has come to adopt a more refined strategy. The streetcar used to convey load and connected with the farm truck. The spreading rotor mounted on the streetcar which takes a power from farm vehicle PTO shaft. The general join and belt pulley are sent power from farm vehicle PTO to spreading rotor. Instead of conveyor system we give inclination to the side wall of trolley.
