Abstract - This is a one stop solution for managing the all

This event management system can be used by every kind of service provider to handle their clients efficiently and get more opportunity to grow their business online. Customers can easily book or manage their booking.

The services that are provided are venue booking, catering services, decoration, invitation cards, and entertainment services. The events are organized by categories (like family Functions, College events, corporate events, Festivals, etc.). The main objective to build the system is to provide customers the feature of managing events online. Each menu item has an individual interface for organizing a variety of events with ecommerce features to buy the things related to it on the same menu section. With this system, online event management will become easier and more systematic to replace the traditional system.
1.1 Objective of Project The project can be implemented in commercial areas for Employee Management. It can be utilized by companies and organizations (schools, colleges, cooperate businesses) to automate their services or businesses. The system can also be used in public places for booking and managing all types of events and occasions.
1.2 Problem Statement The project is developing because many business owners like Venue service providers, decorators, catering services providers, etc. have faced a lot of difficulties to manage their businesses such as reaching customers and selling their services to those who are in need. If a customer books and later wants to cancel the order, he is permitted to do this only within a specific period. By using a manual customer management system, it is difficult to attract more customers and manage the booking accordingly, and also it wastes the customer's time. The customer is also given the facility to view the status of the booking.
To book an event a customer has to open the website Online, after that, the customer can access the menu page with the different categories. The main point of developing this system is to help the Event administrator to manage the events and related business and help customers with online organizing of the event and related things. In the proposed system, a user can search for a menu according to his choice i.e., according to price range and category of events and later he can book and organize events. After placing the order, the customer has a choice of payment method (like cash on delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
1. INTRODUCTION
For booking an event, customers have to visit a particular venue, decorators or merchants, etc. to know about the facility provide by them, place a booking and pay some advance payments. In this method time and manual work is required a lot. This will be an exhausting way to manage the event for both customer and venders.
HRP Incorporation is an event management system that manages all events online (in Digital form). This project is developed to reduce efforts while organizing an event and at the same time users can enjoy their event instead of worrying about arrangements of events. Events play an
