InternSphere has students searching, filtering, and applying for internships, and startups can post listings, manage applications, and contact candidates all through the InternSphere platform. Real-time internship listings, secure methods of authentication, resume uploader, and integrated text messaging structure were developed around the importance of usability and efficiency, all features to help students easily access internships and startups better recruit motivated interns. This paper describes the design and delivery of InternSphere and discusses how the program enhances visibility for startups and access to experiential learning for students. Ultimately, we envision developing entrepreneurship and streamlining the recruiting process, while creating a more connected ecosystem of opportunities for future professionals.

InternSphere's goals are to enable students to find internships that are tailored to their academic experience, to give startups access to a larger pool of motivated and industrious talent, and to provide the students and startups with an easy-to-use platform to manage the intern hiring process. As a secondary objective,InternSphere aims to facilitate communication and engagement between students and startups, ultimately providing better skills development, individual advancement, and entrepreneurial capacitybuilding. In order to alleviate this disconnect between academic institutions and startup ecosystems, InternSphere aspires to create a medium for students to gain meaningful experience and for startups to build strong, capable, and effective early-stage teams.

2. LITERATURE REVIEW

“Enhancing Internship Experiences: A Comprehensive Study of Internship Portals in Educational Institutions” examine the increasing role that internship portals play in closing the student-to-internship gap. In addition, the paper looks at the characteristic features, functions, and effectiveness of these portals within academic contexts and on a corporate basis. Furthermore, the challenges faced by these portals are discussed, as well as methods designed to increase their performance, with a view to improving the experience an internship provides for students.[1].

1.INTRODUCTION Internships are an essential aspect of a student’s career journey in today’s academic and professional landscape. They provide hands-on experience, develop skills relevant to the industry and create a connection between classroom learning and practical experience. However, students still struggle to be able to identify the right opportunities that align with their skills, interests and longer-term career goals. Startups, even though they are growing because of their emphasis on innovation, have difficulty finding skilled interns because of their lack of resources or hiring infrastructure to support them. This misalignment creates an opportunity for a centralized, intelligent, and easy-to-use solution.

“Development of Website-Based Information System to Facilitate Students in Finding Internship Opportunities” offers a web-based platform designed to create a simplified experience for students to find and apply for internships, and by centralizing internship listings and adding features like search filters and application tracking, this system improves access and efficiency. This will ultimately help students navigate the internship process in general and afford them an increased chance of landing relevant opportunities. [2].
