The system incorporates key functional modules, including registration and authentication, allowing secure user onboarding and access control. Profile management enables users and staff to maintain up-to-date personal and fitness information. The dashboard overview provides a real-time snapshot of critical metrics for administrators, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Member management simplifies tracking and updating member information, while package management allows flexible creation and assignment of membership plans. Revenue management facilitates accurate monitoring of payments and income, improving financial oversight. The system also features attendance tracking, enabling trainers and managers to monitor member engagement and participation. Lastly, enquiry management ensures prompt handling of customer queries, improving service quality and client satisfaction. EZ FITNESS demonstrates how integrating modern software practices into fitness operations can lead to improved administrative efficiency, better customer experiences, and data-driven insights for business growth.

On the backend, we use Django, a high-level Python web framework that promotes rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. Django provides robust security features, scalability, and a structured environment for managing the application’s logic, data processing, and user authentication. For the database, we utilized MySQL, accessed and managed via phpMyAdmin, which offers a visual interface for easy handling of database operations such as querying, updating, and managing relationships among tables. The EZ FITNESS system includes a variety of core features essential to the daily operation of a fitness center. These include registration and authentication for secure access, profile management for users to track their fitness data, and a dashboard overview for administrators to monitor key metrics in real time. Additional modules include member management, package management, revenue tracking, attendance monitoring, and enquiry management, each designed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. By combining a powerful Django backend with a responsive and interactive frontend, this project demonstrates how modern web technologies can be leveraged to build effective, scalable, and easy-to-use management systems. EZ FITNESS is not only a solution for today’s operational challenges in fitness centers but also a foundation for future expansion and integration with mobile apps, IoT devices, or AI-based fitness recommendations.

1.INTRODUCTION As the fitness industry continues to grow rapidly, fitness centers are increasingly seeking smart, efficient, and scalable solutions to manage their operations and provide better services to their members. Manual processes and fragmented software systems often lead to inefficiencies, data loss, and poor user experiences. To address these challenges, we developed EZ FITNESS, a comprehensive and user-friendly fitness center management system that digitizes and streamlines all essential aspects of gym operations.

1.1 Objective The primary objective of the EZ FITNESS project is to develop a comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly fitness center management system that streamlines and automates daily gym operations through modern web technologies. This system aims to enhance administrative control, improve member engagement, and provide real-time access to critical data for better decision-making.

This project integrates modern web technologies to ensure a seamless experience for both users and administrators. The frontend is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, providing a responsive and intuitive user interface.

The specific objectives of the project are as follows: To design a secure registration and authentication system: that enables role-based access for administrators, staff, and members.

To enhance interactivity and improve user experience, we incorporated jQuery and AJAX, allowing real-time data updates without the need for full-page reloads.
