The objective of this study is to assess the operational efficiency, energy storage capacity, and long-term viability of the tiller in real-world agricultural conditions. By promoting renewable energy usage in farming, this innovation supports sustainable agricultural practices.

To reduce the polution of soil and avoide preservatives and chemical from farming of Mentha oil . an electric tiller in realworld agricultural settings. The research aims to demonstrate how the electric tiller can enhance agricultural productivity, reduce environmental impact, and support sustainable farming practices through renewable energy use.

2. APPLICATION AREA Electric tiller machines are ideal for step farming in mountainous regions, such as Assam's tea plantations. They navigate steep, narrow terraces, loosening soil and managing weeds efficiently. Their eco-friendly, quiet operation benefits sensitive ecosystems, promoting sustainable agriculture in tea farms and high-altitude terrains, enhancing productivity without harming the environment.

1.INTRODUCTION The design and fabrication of an electricity based tiller machine focus on creating a sustainable, efficient tool for soil cultivation. Powered by electricity, it reduces emissions and offers ease of operation. Using electric motors, the tiller provides consistent power with reduced maintenance, while its ergonomic design enhances comfort and safety, making it an accessible choice for small to medium-scale farmers. This project addresses the demand for eco-friendly agricultural equipment, combining compact design with effective soil preparation for diverse farming needs.

1.1 KEY FEATURES The electric tiller offers several key features that enhance its appeal in modern agriculture. It operates on electric power stored in high-capacity batteries.

3. PREVIOUS WORK:

Eliminating the need for fossil fuels and reducing emissions. This sustainable design significantly lowers operating costs and maintenance requirements compared to traditional fuelpowered tillers. The machine is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and engineered for optimal soil penetration and tilling efficiency.

By the 1950s and 1960s, Japan and other Asian countries were pioneers in developing diesel-powered tillers, primarily for rice cultivation.
