The strategy is the result of a comprehensive, evidence-informed process grounded in the lived experience of school leaders, enriched by extensive stakeholder engagement, and informed by national and international research. It reflects a shared ambition for what leadership in Irish primary education can become and the role IPPN must play in enabling it.
