Women’s Leadership Team
The Women’s Leadership Team will be a community of powerful women trained and supported by IPJC to animate and lead a diverse coalition of Catholics working toward tangible systemic change in our Church and communities.

Overview of Commitment/ Requirements:
• Live within Archdiocese of Seattle
• Catholic or familiar with and comfortable in Catholic spaces
• Availability for weekend training in late August/September - Dates TBD
• Initial 1-year commitment with the opportunity to renew
• Ability to contribute approximately 7-10 hours/month for virtual team meetings, relational 1-1 meetings and house meetings within your own community, and check-ins with IPJC staff. Some months may have more commitments and others less. Most hours will be scheduled by you according to your availability.
