raduation is here, did you blink? One minute, you’re hauling boxes into a residence hall, pretending you know where your next class is. Four years later, you’re adjusting your cap, checking if your family made it to their seats, and realizing Ames somehow became home along the way. Between the late nights, early lectures, tailgates, snowstorms, group projects and the moments you’ll talk about for years, this place changed all of us a little.
While the beginning and ending of a story do not define the story itself, they serve as reminders of just how much has happened and just how far you’ve come. If your time at Iowa State taught you anything, it’s how to keep going when things get difficult, how to build something with the people around you and how to make the most of every opportunity you’re given. We all arrived here as students looking for a future. You leave as Cyclones ready to create one. That’s a pretty great place to start.
