CPA LICENSURE BILL SIGNED BY GOVERNOR Iowa has a new CPA licensure pathway, backed by ISCPA and signed into law by Gov. Reynolds, expanding access while preserving professional standards. The law, effective July 2026, aims to ease entry into the profession and enhance interstate practice mobility.
