My journey in maintenance spans six years, working in both residential and commercial settings, and I’ve invested in myself along the way by attending trade school to become a more skilled and versatile technician. I’m ambitious and dedicated to my craft, always striving to do my best and keep things running smoothly.

Jessica & Dima Jessica & Dima
Jessica is a Cleveland native, and after getting married this past May, we made INTRO home together when Dima relocated to Cleveland. It’s been really special building a life here and experiencing the city through both a deep sense of familiarity and a fresh perspective.
In many ways, that spirit of building carries into our day-to-day as well. Dima owns Soteria Consulting, a custom software solutions and consulting firm, and I own Olive Cleveland at the West Side Market. Much of our time is spent building and growing our businesses, but we truly enjoy what we do and the community we get to be part of through it.
Outside of work, we love exploring new local spots, whether that’s trying somewhere new or revisiting favorites like Mitchells, Citizen Pie, Casa La Luna, and Il Venetian. We also enjoy attending performances at the Cleveland Orchestra and staying active with pickleball whenever we can.
What we love most about living here is the sense of community, Cleveland has such a unique mix of culture, history, and warmth, and its been really meaningful to build our life here.
