• booking guidelines • 1. Standard Golf Bay Bookings a. Golf bookings can be made in advance – according to your membership tier – via our online portal or mobile app. We encourage Members to make advance golf reservations to ensure access to the bays. b. Bays can be reserved in 30 minute increments for up to 2 hours max per day. c. The maximum party size per booking varies by bay. If bringing more guests than the bay can accommodate, we request that you book an additional bay (see section 2c).
2. Booking Rules by Membership Tier a. Social - 4 golf reservations per year, 5 day advance booking b. Individual - unlimited bookings for primary account holders only, 7 day advance booking c. Family - unlimited bookings for all named family members, 10 day advance booking
3. Non-standard Bay Bookings a. To book a bay farther in advance than what your membership tier allows, there is a $50 advance booking fee. b. To book a bay for more than 2 hours, there is a $250 fee to extend for up to 2 additional hours. For all additional time after that, the fee is $250 per hour. c. To book more than one bay, there is a fee of $500/2 hours for the additional bay. d. ALL non-standard bay bookings must be requested by calling the front desk or contacting the Community Manager.
4. Dining a. While dinner reservations are not required, they are highly recommended to ensure we can accommodate you and your guests appropriately. b. There is no time limit on advance dining reservations. c. For parties of 6 to 14 people, please call the front desk. For groups of 15 or more, this would be considered and event and must be reserved via the Community Manager. (see section 6)
5. Cancellations and No-Shows a. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for any bays cancelled within 12 hours of the reservation. b. Any golf bay bookings not canceled at least 12 hours in advance may still count against your bay booking limits for the month. c. There is a 15-minute grace period for bay, after which the bay will be released and a $50 no-show fee will be incurred.
6. Large Groups and Events a. Groups of 15 or more people or reservations of multiple golf bays are considered events and must be reserved through the club or a Community Manager. b. To book events, please contact your local Community Manager via phone or email.
7. Booking at other IGC locations a. As an IGC member, you have access to all IGC locations for both golf and dining. b. To make a reservation at a club other than your home location, please call the club for assistance.
