Babulal and Phul
Welcome to the Really Good Gifts catalogue for Christmas 2025, a joyous way to bring real hope to people affected by leprosy like Babulal, Phul and their young family.
Babulal and Phul first met while receiving treatment for leprosy. Both had been rejected by their families and endured the physical and emotional toll of the disease. But it was this bond that brought them together. They gave each other support, which turned into love, and then started their own family.
Both Babulal and Phul are now amputees after leprosy ravaged their bodies but their inner light shines through as they plan a brighter future for their children, Nabh, meaning “Sky”, and Deepak, meaning “Light”.
