Board meeting minutes 10 OCTOBER 2024 DETAILED EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF BOARD MINUTES 1. Welcome by Board Chair Recap of Changes: The Board Chair welcomed attendees and recapped changes communicated in late summer. New Trustee Introduction: Carolyn Cooley, the newest Trustee, was formally introduced to the board and welcomed.

Director’s Updates Strategy Strategic Implementation: The focus remains on implementing the school’s strategic plan, including ongoing project management of key initiatives under the “Explore & Innovate” Agendasection.
