Cargo blocking and bracing, that Tetris game of shipping and logistics, was the genesis for sectional seating by ADDI for Mizetto, which won a HiP Award. The plush modules form backrests and seats depressed by crisscrossed tension straps. “Cargo is a great example of turning something as familiar as a sofa into something entirely different,” says ADDI’s Karl-Magnus Lillqvist Sjöberg. Of course, Cargo also ships with the greatest of ease! space 3-121

An umbrella—for the indoors? That’s the novel concept of BuzziBrella, a touchdown perch for one (or many) surveyed by an elegant acoustic canopy. Designed by Sebastian Herkner, the “umbrella” has a jaunty tilt that lends insouciance and is embedded with three LED spots, attributes that netted it a HiP Award. BuzziSpace’s latest product offers users a place to rest and re-energize (literally, thanks to USB and fast chargers) without sacrificing a sense of openness. space 10-111

The vinyl wallcovering is part of Blue, Wolf-Gordon’s new contract wallcovering collection inspired by the editorial perspective of high-fashion photography. Available in eight colorways, including metallics and a brilliant Yves Klein–esque azure, the pattern reads as dynamic from a distance and delightfully detailed at close range. space 3-100
