CHALLENGES BECOME OPPORTUNITIES
RM4U Empowers Clients
t INSURICA, we know that managing risk is about more than just mitigating loss – it’s about unlocking potential and ensuring our clients thrive, no matter the challenge. That’s why we developed RM4U, our proprietary risk management process designed to put clients first, foster collaboration, and drive results that make a measurable difference.
RM4U – short for “Risk Management For You” –isn’t just a catchy name. It’s a comprehensive, client-centered methodology that helps our team uncover risks, craft strategic solutions, and turn uncertainty into opportunity. Over the last year, RM4U has proven to be a game-changer in how we engage, protect, and empower our partners.
What Makes RM4U Different?
While many brokers claim to offer risk management, RM4U sets INSURICA apart with a structured, yet adaptable, four-step process that consistently delivers exceptional value:
1. Discovery: We dive deep to understand each client’s unique operations, exposures, goals, and culture. Through specialized diagnostics and interactive workshops, we get to the core of what matters most, enabling us to develop a holistic risk profile.
2. Strategy: Our advisors leverage industry expertise, actuarial insights, and innovative tools to develop tailored risk management strategies. These are not one-size-fits-all solutions – they’re blueprints aligned around each client’s operational priorities and strategic vision.
3. Execution: With a clear plan in hand, INSURICA’s dedicated service teams deploy solutions – from employee training to process improvements to cutting-edge insurance products – ensuring seamless integration within client organizations.
4. Advocacy: Our job doesn’t end once the solutions are implemented. We monitor progress, provide reporting, and continually advocate for our clients’ interests, improving outcomes year over year.
Proven Success: The ROI of Risk Management
The last year has shown that RM4U isn’t just a theory – it’s a powerful catalyst for real results. In 2025 alone, clients utilizing the RM4U process experienced:
• Reduction in Total Cost of Risk (TCOR), delivering substantial savings and improved financial stability.
• Improved safety cultures, as evidenced by double-digit drops in workplace incidents across key industry segments such as construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Stronger carrier relationships, leading to broader coverage terms and more competitive pricing.
• Enhanced engagement at all organizational levels, with leadership and front-line employees empowered through custom training, data insights, and actionable recommendations.
Empowering Sales, Enriching Relationships
The RM4U sales approach has revolutionized how INSURICA’s producers connect and communicate with prospects and clients. By focusing on a diagnostic, consultative experience – not just quoting insurance –our team builds trust and demonstrates value from day one.
Producers across the country have embraced RM4U’s tools and training, citing increased confidence and dramatically enhanced client conversations. “I can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with any competing broker and show real, differentiated value – because I have RM4U at my back,” said one Texas-based account executive.
The Path Forward
As we look ahead, RM4U continues to evolve. With ongoing investments in technology, data analytics, and talent development, we are ensuring the process keeps pace with our clients’ changing needs and the ever-evolving risk landscape.
At INSURICA, we don’t just manage risk – we leverage it as a strategic asset. RM4U is proof of our commitment to delivering the highest standards of expertise, integrity, and results.

EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP & ACQUISITION
Partnerships for Growth
NSURICA is expanding opportunities for employees to become owners and outlining a clear, structured path to partnership as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Owned primarily by the Oklahoma City–based Cameron family – whose interests span insurance, banking, real estate, and professional sports – INSURICA is backed by family office capital with a long-term perspective. This ownership structure supports consistent investment in people, technology, and growth initiatives across multiple market cycles. Company leadership believes this approach, combined with broad employee participation in ownership, is a key differentiator in attracting, motivating, and retaining top producer and leadership talent. Today, more than 100 INSURICA employees are equity owners, with additional owners added each year as the firm grows.
Path to Employee Ownership
INSURICA has established a defined and performance-based path to ownership for producers. Eligibility is tied to sustained book growth and consistent new business production over time. Producers who meet these standards may participate in ownership opportunities aligned with their individual growth and contribution to the firm. Key local leaders and members of the executive leadership team also participate in ownership as part of INSURICA’s long-term succession and leadership development strategy.

Producer Development & Support
Early-career producers are supported through INSURICA’s Pathway Program, which is designed to develop talent from entry-level roles into long-term careers and, ultimately, ownership. The program provides structured milestones, leadership development, and ongoing support within a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
INSURICA offers competitive and comprehensive producer compensation, long-term incentives, and a fully supported operating environment, allowing producers and leaders to focus on growth, client service, and building durable books of business.
Targeted Acquisitions
INSURICA continues to pursue strategic acquisitions nationwide, with ownership serving as a central component of its acquisition strategy. Many transactions include equity roles for incoming partners, while also creating future ownership opportunities for key producers and leaders who may not initially hold equity. INSURICA is focused on partnering with established agencies that are leaders in their local markets, integrating smaller firms into existing locations, and expanding specialty programs and delegated underwriting platforms with proven performance and experience.
INSURICA Acquires
Sullivan Insurance Agency in Ardmore
INSURICA has acquired Sullivan Insurance Agency, a family-owned Ardmore business established in 1946. The deal, effective July 1, 2025, added 14 employees to INSURICA and strengthens its position in tribal and agricultural insurance.
Lena Treanor and Stacy Sullivan will continue to lead the Ardmore branch.
“The culture and people made INSURICA feel like the right fit for us,” Treanor said.
INSURICA President Dillon Rosenhamer said the move aligns with the company’s focus on specialized insurance programs.
Chairman and CEO Mike Ross said the acquisition expands INSURICA’s reach in Oklahoma and North Texas and enhances its services to Native American communities. Sullivan Insurance serves clients nationwide and specializes in personal, commercial, tribal, and agricultural insurance.

Elevate Transportation

NSURICA’s Transportation Practice made significant advances in 2025, building a scalable, specialist group and establishing itself as a market leader through expanded expertise, data-driven resources, and strategic partnerships.
After becoming Transportation Practice Leader on March 31, David Cooper focused on unifying producers, strengthening market appointments, and pursuing new markets for growth.
“One of our defining accomplishments was regaining our appointment with Great West Casualty Company, one of the premier trucking insurance markets,” Cooper said.
“We submitted our application on May 14, delivered our formal presentation in June, and the appointment became official in September. We also nominated 11 producers to the Transportation Practice, each of whom received appointments with Great West. The team produced over $1 million in premium in the first 90 days – proof of both market demand and our ability to execute quickly.”
Other notable wins included a multi-year contract with the Kansas Department of Transportation, covering more than 4,000 vehicles, and growth of the Community Transit Insurance Program, which generated nearly $3 million in its first 90 days.
Transportation clients faced a tough market in 2025, marked by auto liability severity, increased underwriting scrutiny, and higher demands for safety.
“INSURICA helped clients overcome these challenges by improving market access –most notably through regaining Great West – and by enhancing risk management and underwriting support,” Cooper said.
The team expanded loss control services, leveraging FMCSA insights to improve clients’ marketplace profiles.
Key 2025 initiatives included aligning 11 transportation-focused producers, expanding ties with the Tyler, Texas, loss control team, and a new data partnership with Carrier-OK. Closer collaboration with Innovation, Digital, and Marketing improved data integration, branding, and outreach.
“We’re preparing our clients for a market where stability and results are more closely tied to underwriting confidence, safety performance, and proactive program design,” Cooper said. “INSURICA is focused on carrier partnerships, alternative risk solutions, and more transparency in loss control. “By helping producers build their personal brand, become more niche-focused, and develop specialization, we’re creating real value for our clients –even in a challenging market.”
INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES
Impact Healthcare

NSURICA’s Healthcare Practice
notched a major achievement in 2025 by uniting three state hospital associations (OK, TX, NM) to develop a unified strategy to improve risk and insurance for hospital members.
One of the most notable accomplishments of the year came from a collaborative effort with key industry partners.
“The biggest success story was bringing the three state hospital associations together to develop a unified strategy to improve risk and insurance for hospital members,” Healthcare Practice Leader Phillip Smith said.
Smith noted that the rising cost of health insurance remains one of the most significant challenges facing healthcare organizations. To address this, INSURICA’s Healthcare team collaborated with Woligo and three hospital association partners to pilot the Community Health Plan (CHP), an innovative approach that enables hospitals to serve as “mini health plans” for their communities.
“The CHP is unique in that it allows hospitals to use their own benefits
and contracting to extend into the community, driving patient volume for the hospital and yielding better outcomes for the community,” Smith said.
INSURICA’s Healthcare Practice also evolved significantly in 2025 through a key partnership with Woligo, which helped expand capabilities in both the hospital and home health sectors.
Smith is closely watching developments in group purchasing of insurance and collaborative risk-sharing models.
“Group purchasing of insurance and collaborative risk sharing models is the way of the future. Our team is working with multiple healthcare associations to bring better value to their membership,” he said.
Looking ahead, Smith is enthusiastic about INSURICA’s focus on building out the Four Pillars of the Healthcare Practice: physicians, hospitals, senior care communities, and community health centers.
“All of these areas are poised to grow in the coming years, and our team is gearing up to meet these challenges and new opportunities,” he said.

New Roles Advance Practice Group Excellence
In early 2026, INSURICA promoted Claire Cameron to Practice Strategy and Advancement Leader and Sydney Paden to Practice Optimization Coordinator, reinforcing its focus on practice group growth and operational excellence. Cameron will align and advance practice group development, while Paden will support operational effectiveness. Both will strengthen communication between the Sales Development Team and practice groups, use data analytics to support carrier negotiations, and help create new insurance solutions.

INSURICA Data and Innovation
NSURICA’s Innovation and Data team underscored its commitment to growth and innovation, delivering a series of impactful achievements that enhance operational efficiency and client service.
Expanding Talent and Expertise
This vibrant team, comprising 12 specialized colleagues, expanded its expertise with the integration of three new talented members: Miranda James, Sam McKinney, and Aly Wilhelm from C&S Specialty Underwriters in Atlanta – an acquisition that enriches INSURICA’s knowledge base and perspectives.
“The addition of these new team members underscores our COMMITMENT to growth and reinforces the idea that TOGETHER, WE ARE BETTER.”
Jeff Nickles, Chief Innovation Officer
Technological Advancements and New Developments
A highlight of the year was the release of ChatINSURICA v4, featuring enhanced capabilities that have driven increased utilization company-wide – from 366 to over 570 users, approximately 70% of the workforce. This includes the introduction of OmniDoc capabilities, enabling the transformation of diverse file types into AI-ready content, along with new mobile accessibility and the creation of specialized AI assistants to seamlessly integrate with data systems.
Strategic Software Implementations
Also noteworthy was the launch of the RM4U software, designed to streamline risk assessments and client performance plans, bolstering INSURICA’s ability to
execute on RM4U principles.
“Adding to the technological advancements, a new carrier management application was developed to enhance portal administration and code management, which promises improved security, efficiency, and accuracy in interactions with carrier partners,” Nickles said.
Further innovations included the selection of a new policy administration and claims management software platform for Marble Falls, Texas, expected to go live in late Q1 2026, and the release of 46 new PowerBI reports across the enterprise, with over 450 colleagues accessing critical data for improved decision-making.
Enhancing Data Access and Client Services
The introduction of Data Portal 2.0 on INSURICA One (intranet) this past Q3 also represents a significant improvement in accessing mission-critical data. Similarly, collaboration with INSURICA Direct led to the rollout of an efficient small group rater for employee benefits, enhancing data quality and reducing costs.
“Notable integrations include the coupling of the Direct EB individual rating platform with Salesforce for refined business metrics and the launch of Salesforce-based portals for increased transparency with Direct EB referral partners,” Nickles said.
Vendor Engagement and Strategic Partnerships
Finally, the team facilitated over 114 initial meetings with industry vendors, exploring offerings that align with and advance INSURICA’s strategic initiatives.
The Data and Innovation team’s accomplishments clearly reflect INSURICA’s ongoing commitment to harnessing cutting-edge technology and expertise for the benefit of its clients and operations.

Producers Have the Opportunity to Be Owners

Paulette Poynor,
Partner, Employee Benefits
Producer | Fort Worth, TX
“If I had to sum up [the program] in just three words they would be trained, focused and realization. The impact this has had on my professional growth is evident in that I excelled faster and made it a reality faster than I thought I would. Allowing myself to be in a position in my career to proudly obtain a place of partnership. The program helped lay out the roadmap with pathways and tools to get there every step of the way. Through day-to-day challenges we were inspired to set our focus on the right clientele, to connect with them and always offer the best of ourselves and the best options for employee benefits to meet their company’s needs.”

Lantz Shetley,
Partner, Commercial Lines
Producer | Oklahoma City, OK
“The Pathway program truly gave me the confidence to go after the larger and more sophisticated accounts than I had previously been prospecting. Implementing sales strategies such as the PRES model and learning how to better quantify the value that INSURICA can bring helped me realize that a $10,000 revenue account and a $100,000 revenue account are really not as different as I had previously thought. Throughout the program I consistently learned new tactics to better tackle prospecting and centers of influence, all the way to how I can better handle objections that we often hear from key prospects. This program helped grow my desire to become a peer and advisor to my clients instead of just a salesman.”

The Oklahoma City Thunder championship parade proceeded as planned after Joe Sanchez and Global Express Underwriters, secured key coverage amid heightened global risk and underwriting challenges. Sanchez, alongside Mike Ross, began the process nearly a month before the parade, while the Thunder were still in the early rounds of the NBA playoffs. The event ultimately drew an estimated 500,000 to 700,000 attendees.
In the weeks leading up to the championship celebration, a series of high-profile incidents – including riots in Los Angeles, anti-monarchy protests abroad, a car attack at a parade in the United Kingdom, and U.S. military action in Iran – complicated underwriting and tightened market appetites for event risks, particularly for large public gatherings.
Sanchez encountered repeated denials from carriers and underwriters as risk profiles shifted and capacity contracted. At one point, parade organizers feared the event could be canceled for lack of insurance.
Persisting through multiple rounds of submissions and negotiations, Sanchez ultimately secured $10 million in general liability coverage and $10 million in deadly weapons coverage for the parade.
The placements provided organizers the protection needed to move forward with safety plans and event operations for the large downtown celebration. Ross supported the effort throughout the placement process.
The successful bind capped a month-long push that navigated evolving risk factors, limited market capacity and a compressed timeline to deliver coverage for one of the largest public events in Oklahoma City history.

A HISTORIC MILESTONE:
Largest Acquisition in INSURICA History
INSURICA reached a major milestone by welcoming First Light Program Managers to our growing community – marking the largest acquisition in our company’s history. The Florida-based First Light team, recognized nationally for their expertise in wholesale insurance solutions for the transportation sector (trucking and marine), officially joined INSURICA as of January 1, 2026.
Founded in 2007 by the late Anthony L. Johnson, First Light has built a reputation for underwriting excellence and innovative program administration. Their traditional wholesale brokerage and delegated underwriting programs have set new standards in meeting the evolving needs of transportation clients.
Strengthening Our Transportation Industry Leadership
The addition of First Light reflects our strategic commitment to industry specialization – helping INSURICA achieve new levels of leadership and scale in the US transportation market. As industry trends increasingly point toward delegated underwriting and tailored program structures, our combined resources position us well to serve clients in even the most complex risk classes.

Shared Values and Vision for the Future
President Dillon Rosenhamer shared, “We are impressed with First Light’s strong fundamentals and commitment to underwriting excellence. This acquisition expands our program administration capabilities and positions us for future growth in specialized markets. We are excited to welcome their talented team into the INSURICA family.”
Janet Fender, President, CEO, and Chief Underwriting Officer of First Light, echoed this enthusiasm, noting, “Joining INSURICA is a transformative step that allows us to leverage cutting-edge data and technology tools, serving our partners and clients even more effectively. We are proud to build long-term value alongside INSURICA’s strong culture and shared commitment to specialty insurance.”
Looking Ahead Together
With more than 100 new colleagues in Florida and North Carolina, the First Light team brings invaluable experience and expertise to INSURICA. This partnership marks not just an expansion, but a step forward in our mission to provide best-in-class solutions to our clients, partners, and communities.
