Success hinges on knowledge and communication. In our initial meeting, we will cover timelines, budget, units, location, target demographics, and style. We recommend a workshop session to align all stakeholders and establish the key objectives for your finished project.
Once the contract is signed, our dedicated designer collaborates with you to create a scheme/schemes that will convert your target tenants. Here we study floor plans and develop detailed design drawings, including made-to-order products as well as FF&E based on the design concept.
