AOITORI is the quality magazine for Japanese community in Belgium.
June edition features EDEN the popular coffee and tea shop in Ixelles. The owner, Mr. Yves Boivin and his Japanese partner Ms. Shigemi Inagaki provides excellent products filled with their passion.
Mr. Boivin is the coffee bean roaster and every single grain of coffee sold in EDEN is carefully roasted in the shop, which allows customers to enjoy subtle flavours and aromas of fresh coffee beans.
Ms. Inagaki is a painter and she selects the ceramic products for the shop with her artistic eyes.
The specialité of the house is its rich variety of Japanese tea. The owner couple travels regularly to Japan to meet the tea producers and their close communication makes EDEN a special place to feel the Japanese tea culture in Belgium.
