September edition is a new challenge for our team. The main article is about Belgian and French history! We visit historical sites of Marguerite de Flandre, Duchesse de Bourgogne.
Marguerite married to Phillipe le Hardi the son of French king Jean le Bon. Their marriage was the foundation of the development of Bourgogne in the late middle age.
Château de Germolles is the important place to understand Marguerite. She transformed the old domain into a comfortable residential palace in the nature where she could live happily surrounded by things she loved.
