Solihull Food Festival has had a tasty makeover! This year, there is even more to see, taste and enjoy. Explore the new Farmers' Market with award winning produce, watch a blacksmith at work, snap a tractor selfie and tuck into delicious BBQ small plates from an award-winning chef. Sample English wines and spirits, browse the indoor Farmers Market where you can enjoy live music each afternoon with a glass of craft spirit – or chill out with vintage vinyl each morning with a coffee and freshly baked croissant from our artisan bakers! Friday brings 17 choirs, with a lunchtime harvest festival singalong. Saturday’s stage line up takes on a rum and reggae vibe into the evening, and Sunday launches our first-ever Barn Dance Day, featuring line-dancing tuition and fantastic Shania Twain, The Wurzels and Dolly Parton tribute acts, a great day to launch those cowboy boots! Add in Kids Creation Station and rides, much-loved street food along the High Street and you have one seriously delicious weekend. Best of all, it is completely free to attend!

Friday 25th Friday 25th is all about Harvest Harmony, with 17 local choirs coming together to fill the town centre with music, plus a special lunchtime Harvest Festival singalong for everyone to join in. You can also help make a difference by bringing along a food bank donation, which will be collected and distributed by a local charity to people in need. Get up close every day to our stunning new Massey Ferguson tractor for those farm fest selfies !
SATURDAY 26th Enjoy live music on Saturday 26th from 12 noon until 8pm, grab a bite from our street food vendors on the High Street and relax with a drink at our alfresco bars. Don’t miss our ALL NEW Farmers’ Market both indoor and out in Mell Square, packed with award-winning artisan produce including delicious bread, pasta, wine, cheese and much more. Meet the passionate makers and producers behind some of the fantastic food and drink on offer. Discover how their products are made, hear the stories behind their businesses, and chat to them about the ingredients, traditional methods and processes that make their produce so special. Relax and enjoy a coffee or glass of English wine in the haybale chill out zone , deciding what to take home for supper. Come along, meet the people behind the products and taste the difference for yourself!
SUNDAY 27th And throughout the weekend, don’t forget to complete the Scarecrow Trail, spot all the scarecrows around town and cast your vote for your favourite.
Get your Yee-Haa boots on and learn the moves with free line dancing tuition at 11.30am, before putting your skills to the test throughout the afternoon with tribute acts celebrating Shania Twain, Dolly Parton and The Wurzels. Feeling brave? Take on the bucking bronco and see if you can stay on! Kids can also enjoy the Farmyard creation station getting busy with creative crafts.
