Change,atitsverybeginning,isalsochangeawarenesswise:tounderstandone'sselfandone'slocationandto acknowledgetheexistenceofone'slimitations.Life coachesworkonthedevelopmentofawarenessintheir clientsbyprovidingthemwiththedeep,insight-provoking questionsthattheyseldomraisethemselves.Theypointout recurringissues,bringforwardlimitingbeliefs,andgive veryfriendlysupporttoreluctantreflection.
