This sentiment was also shared by Chad, who calls it “a once in a lifetime opportunity that taught the true value of leadership, the impact that others have and the significance of improving.” These comments from our 2025 delegates show that the Youth Tour delivered not only career exposure but also invaluable personal development and leadership lessons.
