2023 Cooperative Scholarship Program Dixie Electric Cooperative will be awarding ten $3,000 scholarships in 2023. Our scholarship program is available to any graduating high school senior who is the dependent of a cooperative member. The scholarship funds can be used at a four-year or two-year college or university, as well as any technical or trade school. Buffalo Chicken Pizza Ingredients: 1 lb. pizza dough 1/2 c. cayenne pepper sauce 1 c. flat-leaf parsley leaves 1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
1 c. shredded cooked chicken 1 sliced scallion 1 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
Directions: Heat oven to 475 degrees. Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal. On a lightly floured surface, shape dough into a 14 inch circle or oval and place on prepared sheet. Toss 2 cups shredded cooked chicken with cayenne pepper sauce. Fold in 1 sliced scallion and 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves. Scatter over pizza dough and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake until crust is golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Top with crumbled blue cheese, chopped parsley, or cayenne pepper sauce, if desired.
