Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients: 2 lb. frozen hash browns 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups grated cheese
1/2 stick of butter 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. cream of chicken soup
Directions: Let potatoes partially thaw. Mix all ingredients, and pour into greased 13 x 9 casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350° uncovered, or until bubbling. Optional: Top with cheese covered with melted butter or breadcrumbs before baking.

HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVES
Join us in the fight against hunger! We will be collecting money and non-perishable food items at our offices from Nov. 1 until Dec. 13 to benefit the Heart of Alabama Food Bank (HAFB). We are also sponsoring 12's Day of Giving on Dec. 13, 2024 at Renfroe's Market where we will be collecting food, toys and monetary donations for the Christmas Clearing House, HAFB and Toys for Tots.
