Zelda's Quick Cucumber Salad Ingredients: 3 cups cucumber, sliced 2-3 cups tomato, diced 1 medium onion
16 oz. Italian dressing Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Peel and dice onions and tomatoes. Peel and slice cucumber to desired thickness. Mix together in a bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste. Add enough Italian dressing to coat all ingredients well. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
