Abstract Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller.) herbaceous, perennial aromatic Apiaceae family is valuable secondary metabolites that are widely used in the food industry. This medicinal plant in the treatment of oral flatulence, indigestion and muscle spasms, as well as enhancing milk is used as a topical antimicrobial used.
