GET YOUR BRAND INTO OUR WELCOME BOXES Our welcome boxes are sent to every new Inn Express customer and are packed in phases of 500. They reach customers at the point they open an account and start choosing which brands to list. Spaces are limited for each phase.

SALES SUPPORT DOCUMENT The Sales Support Document is a digital-only sales tool used by the Inn Express team when speaking to customers, particularly during new business conversations. It sits alongside printed brochures but serves a different purpose, allowing you to share commercially useful information that may not be suitable for full customer circulation or print. Each brand is allocated two landscape pages, designed and supplied by you at 297mm wide x 210mm high. • •

The external page may be shown or discussed with customers. It should focus on practical selling points such as always on deals, selective commercial support, investment levels, trial mechanics, or reasons the brand works for a specific outlet type. This page should support a sales conversation, not function as an advert. The internal page is for Inn Express sales teams only and will not be shown to customers. It can include sales incentives, install bonuses, internal rewards, or guidance that helps our team prioritise and position your brand. This document is not secret, but it is designed for controlled, in-person use rather than open distribution. Keep copy concise, factual, and easy to explain verbally. Clearly label internal and external pages, avoid brochure style copy, and only include information you are comfortable being used in a selective sales setting.
