Nestled in the most exclusive region of Forte dei Marmi, Roma Imperiale, we have meticulously crafted the interior design for Villa Sara a residence from the 1960s that has been entirely reimagined in its structure, interiors, and style
A Contemporary Sanctuary
The outcome is a modern villa that embodies elegance and comfort, featuring:
A spacious and fluid living area centered around a contemporary wall adorned with modern boiserie
Seven luxurious suites
A wellness area complete with a spa, gym, and relaxation zone
Each aspect of the design harmonizes with the surrounding landscape, achieving a delicate balance of materials and light.
Thoughtful Design Choices
We utilized a neutral palette that is rich in depth, accentuated by porcelain stoneware surfaces inspired by Ceppo di Gré in shades of black, green, and sand. Bronze elements, crafted in various finishes and custom details, further enhance the space. Every piece of furniture was custom-designed and handcrafted with premium materials, reflecting both the villa's identity and that of the client. Lighting was thoughtfully integrated at three levels:
Directional spotlights that highlight volumes and textures
Integrated LED lights that create a soft, enveloping atmosphere
Decorative lighting that adds rhythm and sophistication to the rooms
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Connection
A key feature of the design is the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, achieved through expansive openings leading to the porticos and a continuous floor that directs the gaze toward an infinity pool clad in green Ceppo di Gré. The water's reflection on this material casts an intense emerald hue, creating a stunning visual contrast and chromatic harmony with the garden
The garden was designed by architect Giuseppe Lunardini, while the redesign of the façades and architectural structure was executed by Rocco e Puccetti Architetti (ReP) from Lucca, with whom we collaborated closely.
Advanced Technology for Sustainability
From a technological perspective, the villa is equipped with advanced home automation and a state-ofthe-art photovoltaic system, ensuring both efficiency and sustainability. Villa Sara embodies a synthesis of discipline and sensual design, contemporary comfort, and meticulous attention to detail.
This project interprets luxury not as mere ostentation, but as a harmonious balance of aesthetics, functionality, and connection to its context.
