From the rush of buying Christmas gifts to celebrating the New Year and setting resolutions, to the whirlwind of global events like the American elections, followed by Valentine's Day and Human Rights Dayāit feels like weāve blinked, and suddenly, weāve arrived in April! Where has the time gone? If youāre like many, you might feel there just arenāt enough hours in the day to do everything you'd like to accomplish.
In the midst of all this chaos, it is important to remember that God is in control. Each day is a gift, a grace granted to us by Him. This April, we have the opportunity to celebrate the Easter/Passover weekendāa powerful reminder that no matter how overwhelming life may seem, God is sovereign. Easter reassures us that we cannot make it on our own, but thankfully, our Savior, Jesus Christ, came to give us life and life in abundance. The Gospel is a constant reminder that there is a God who cares deeply for you and me.
We have been entrusted with this life and the decisions we make, and one day, we will stand before our Lord and Savior, who will ask: "What have you done with the time I gave you on earth?"
Make the most of each day. Spend time with your loved ones. Forgive as God has forgiven us. Love deeply, be kind, be gentle, be present, and live with integrity. Carry hope in your heart and do not lose faith.
My prayer for you this month is that you are surrounded by love and that you come to know just how immeasurably God loves you. So much so that He sent His Son to take on humanity, to live among us, to die for us, and to rise again in victory on the third day. He conquered death so that you and I may be reconciled with God.
May this Easter season remind you of the depth of Godās love and His unwavering grace. Be blessed!

While spring and summer are traditionally busy seasons for real estate, it doesnāt mean homes wonāt sell in autumn or winter. Serious buyers are always looking, and with less competition in off-peak seasons, sellers may attract more attention.
EEvery year on April 1st, people fall for pranks and hoaxes, but did you know that real estate is ļ¬lled with myths that many buyers and sellers believe to be true? In honor of April Fools' Day, letās debunk some of the most common misconceptions in the property market.
Many people assume that renting is throwing money away because they arenāt building equity. However, renting can be a smarter ļ¬nancial choice in certain situationsāsuch as if youāre unsure of your long-term plans, if the real estate market is volatile, or if youāre saving for a better investment

One of the biggest myths is that you need a 20% down payment to purchase a property. While having a larger deposit can reduce your loan amount and interest costs, many banks and ļ¬nancial institutions offer home loans with as little as 10% (or even 0% for ļ¬rst-time buyers with government assistance).
With the rise of online listings, some buyers and sellers think they can handle transactions alone. However, real estate agents provide expertise in pricing, negotiation, legal paperwork, and market trendsāhelping clients avoid costly mistakes.
Just like April Foolsā Day pranks, these real estate myths can mislead buyers and sellers into making costly decisions. By working with industry professionals and staying informed, you can make smarter choices when buying or selling property.
