Convenience and Timing

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
I/We (the Vendor hereinafter named) hereby nominate the horses appearing on this form for inclusion in the 2026 Australian Weanling Sale or 2026 Great Southern Weanling Sale (which ever nominated sale is selected on this form) to be conducted by William Inglis & Son Limited (the Auctioneer) in accordance with the Conditions of Sale (which can be viewed at inglis.com.au/cos) and also other provisions appearing on this form.
The Vendor warrants the truth and accuracy of the details and other information furnished on this form and hereby agrees to indemnify the auctioneer in respect of any loss or damage it may suffer by reason of any false or erroneous or inaccurate matter being inserted on this form.
The Vendor hereby acknowledges that he/she has carefully read and understands the Conditions of Sale and other provisions contained in or appearing on this form; and agrees to be bound by such Conditions of Sale and other provisions.
The Auctioneer may in its absolute discretion accept or reject any nomination and its decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The Auctioneer shall not be bound to give any reason for its decision.
The following charges (exclusive of GST) will be deducted from the Vendorās sale advice:
Australian Weanling and Great Southern Weanling Sale:
(a) 3% sales commission
(b) There is no pass-in commission at this sale.
(c) A promotional fee of 1% will be deducted from all bloodstock sold. 0.35% will be passed on to assist the funding of Thoroughbred Breeders Australia. 0.65% will be used to fund an inward buyers programme to this sale.
(d) Full commission is payable on any Lot catalogued and sold prior to auction.
The Vendor warrants that all security interests or other encumbrances including but not limited to foal shares, leases, PMSI's, Stud Book COPs (certificate of paternity), general and specific security agreements which affect the horse(s) will be disclosed to the Auctioneer upon lodgement of this form and will be discharged on or prior to the sale.
The Vendor hereby acknowledges that prior to the sale all Registration Documents will be lodged with the Auctioneer and all Stud Book requirements will be complied with and all racing leases cancelled. This form must be signed by the Vendor or some party lawfully authorised by him/her to execute this form on his/her behalf and such party is able to transfer good title to the Lot free from any mortgage, lien, charges or other adverse interests.
Where a purchaser qualifies to have a lot exported from Australia on a GST free basis, the Vendor appoints the Auctioneer to sign the Export Declaration form on their behalf.
X-RAY REPOSITORY
All weanlings offered through the Australian Weanling Sale and the Great Southern Sale are required to have a full set of radiographs submitted to the Repository in line with the Inglis Conditions of Sale unless otherwise agreed in writing with Inglis in advance of sale.
PRESENTATION
All weanlings offered through the sale ring are required to wear a bridle, with a bit or chifney, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Inglis in advance of the sale. Vendors are encouraged to use such equipment in the presentation of their weanlings at all times on the sales grounds.
RACING AUSTRALIA
& AUSTRALIAN STUD BOOK (ASB) Documents issued by Racing Australia and/or the Australian Stud Book (Broodmare Document of Description, Thoroughbred Identification Cards, Foal Identification Card) for each horse nominated for this sale MUST accompany this entry form. With the exception of foals at foot, it is a requirement that all horses entered for sale be branded and microchipped in accordance with the identification process from the ASB. Failure to complete this procedure may result in the horse being withdrawn.
DEFECTS, EMBARGOES AND BANS
Roarers, windsuckers, wobblers, bleeders or horses which have been or are under any racing ban must be stated on this form.
TAX INVOICE
This document will be a tax invoice for GST when payment is made.
